Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Tại Madrid Có Spa

Trước hết, vị trí rất tuyệt vời, chỉ cách Bảo tàng Prado 5 phút đi bộ và cách Puerta del Sol 10 phút đi bộ, một điều đáng khen ngợi. Tuy nhiên, phòng có mùi rất nồng sau khi cải tạo. Khách sạn còn áp dụng phụ phí bắt buộc 55 euro khi đưa con gái tôi, bé dưới 11 tuổi, đi cùng. Điều này thật khó hiểu. Chúng tôi đã đi từ Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt và Madrid, nhưng chưa bao giờ gặp phải sự đối xử như vậy. Các khách sạn Hilton và Marriott không tính thêm phí khi mang theo trẻ em, và Hilton ở Frankfurt thậm chí còn tặng thêm một giường phụ miễn phí. Wonderful stay. Great location at the centre of everything. Next to the main street that looks like Broadway in NYC where you can find musical theatres, exhibitions, etc. Friendly staff at check-in. Maria was very polite and offered to circle the locations of major destinations on a map for me. Amenities are VERY new and technologically up to date. Interiors are beautifully designed with details that showcase thoughts and considerations put in to improve the user experience and functionality as well. If anything to note, it might be a bit noisy in the evenings as it’s right next to the main street and plaza with performers singing. But it’s quiet enough after 10pm and hasn’t been much of a concern for me during my stay.

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi thấy khách sạn Four Seasons tính phí giao đồ ăn ngoài phí dịch vụ phòng. Đó là một cách làm vô lý và phi logic. Thêm vào đó, tôi rất ngạc nhiên khi một số loại bánh ngọt trong bữa sáng lại quá cũ. Tôi chưa từng gặp phải trường hợp nào như vậy trong những lần lưu trú trước đây tại khách sạn Four Seasons.

일주일간 투숙한 SuperB 객실은 넓고 좋은데 코트야드뷰? 가든뷰는 무조건 피해야함. 새벽부터 들려오는 식당 셋업소리 달그락거리고 쨍그랑 깨지고 새벽 6시에 단잠을 깨우고 저녁에는 거을 매일밤 12시까지 음악소리때문에 잘못잤다는….이것만 아니었으면 완벽했을텐데…그 창문을 방음창문으로 바꾸는거 추천해요. 호텔 자체는 이쁘게 잘해놨음

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!

An absolutely impressive hotel! I loved the gorgeous décor in both the room and the shared areas. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, smoked salmon, a wonderful bakery station, and even delicious Spanish specialties like ham and chorizo. From the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you enter your room, everything feels truly luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, près du centre avec accès à la plus part des activités, même à pieds. L'entrée de l'hôtel n'est pas bien indiquée. L'accès via mail, un peu compliqué. La chambre est spacieuse. L'isolation pas top, et beaucoup de bruits dans la rue, passants, poubelles,... Petit déjeuner, bien mais pourrait faire un peu mieux, sur la quantité et qualité des produits. Pain, beurre, jus, oeufs,...
