This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour.

Ngoài ra, cả phòng tắm và phòng tắm vòi sen đều có đèn cảm biến chuyển động, có thể bất tiện khi sử dụng. Không có đèn nào có thể khóa được và cửa phòng tắm không đóng hoàn toàn, điều này có thể là vấn đề đối với một số khách.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room but I was on the ground floor so I could could hear the neighbors next door and above my head, but by midnight they were quiet. Idid not eat the food so I cannot comment. Convenient for one night and the 001 bus to Atocha very close.

La ubicación es perfecta porque estás en pleno centro de Madrid. El personal muy agradable. La habitación era muy básica, aunque solo la necesitábamos para dormir, así que de sobras. Lo único que por el precio que pagas, esperaba un poco más en la habitación (no se había pasado el polvo en varios días y soy alérgica, el cabecero de la cama estaba desconchado, había alguna pared rallada, solo había una mesilla de noche y estaba dañada). Un punto positivo era que había difusor para el secador, que eso es casi un milagro. En general le doy puntuación media.

Đây là một khách sạn hiện đại đẹp. Dễ dàng di chuyển từ tàu điện ngầm và sân bay. Chỉ mất 30 phút đi tàu điện ngầm vào trung tâm Madrid từ khách sạn. The room was impecable. Though I would like to have a little rack on the shower to place my shampoo and conditioner bottles. The bed was comfortable but I wish they had individual pillows instead of just one long noodle-like pillow. The window blinds were extremely hard to scroll up. Regarding the automatic check-in, I had to call the hostel number for them to give me the reservation number which I did not know. It took me a while to complete the check-in. They should also let the visitors know that they have to walk upstairs so light luggage is recommended here.
