The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was next to the train station which helped us get to the train quickly. However it is a ways from the downtown area with shopping and palace,, Taxi is needed. The staff in the bar area was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good Wi Fi. Highly recommended.

Khách sạn còn áp dụng phụ phí bắt buộc 55 euro khi đưa con gái tôi, bé dưới 11 tuổi, đi cùng. Điều này thật khó hiểu. Chúng tôi đã đi từ Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt và Madrid, nhưng chưa bao giờ gặp phải sự đối xử như vậy. Các khách sạn Hilton và Marriott không tính thêm phí khi mang theo trẻ em, và Hilton ở Frankfurt thậm chí còn tặng thêm một giường phụ miễn phí. A nice and clean boutique hotel on a quiet street. Walking distance to Salamanca, the higher end shopping/restaurant area. The reception was very efficient at check in. Breakfast was really good - you get a buffet with a decent selection plus you can order eggs/main from the menu.

Wonderful stay. Great location at the centre of everything. Next to the main street that looks like Broadway in NYC where you can find musical theatres, exhibitions, etc. Friendly staff at check-in. Maria was very polite and offered to circle the locations of major destinations on a map for me. Amenities are VERY new and technologically up to date. Interiors are beautifully designed with details that showcase thoughts and considerations put in to improve the user experience and functionality as well. If anything to note, it might be a bit noisy in the evenings as it’s right next to the main street and plaza with performers singing. But it’s quiet enough after 10pm and hasn’t been much of a concern for me during my stay.

❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️ 😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day. 😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking. 🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

My stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute delight from start to finish. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the Club Lounge experience; the exquisite service and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Madrid.

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient. Room : spacious Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties. Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.
