Easy check in. The room is as advertised. Big room and clean. Bed is nice . We had a pleasant stay. The gym is well equipped too

Recommended.....first time menginap di sini....luas sekali kamarnya, komplit dengan sofa dan dapur juga..ada kolam renang outdoor yg cukup luas..

Always choose this hotel whenever visit Jakarta, within 5 mins drive to Pondok Indah Mall. No traffic and smooth easy trip. Just take grab whenever go out. Room and everything just perfect. You got wht you paid. Can’t complaint a lot. Nice and warm receptionist, everyone happy n smiling. Food can get it easy by grab too. So far my stay there always memorable

Had a great time at Kristal, we usually stay here for a staycation as it is great value for money although service and hospitality of the staff has declined a tad, it is still a recommended place for anyone looking for a great place to rest and relax in south Jakarta

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

a rather old but maintained apartment hotel. nice for big groups or families to stay together. the gym is sad after covid.

There are incident that we have confirm room no 2512, and we already come into that room, but after 5 minute somebody came into our room. They have the same card no with us, I can not believed that happen to us. That should be security protocol to protect the guest Card.
