Technical issues in the pool and were told the next day it will open still pool is closed this is unacceptable

The place is good and everything looks nice however it was crowded with military personal may be because Siliguri is a military camp area. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and are very supportive. Greets you with big smile even though in this hot weather. That’s one reason I extended my stay at this hotel. Thank you all team courtyard. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

The room is clean and the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. We had a good time to stay there.

Awesome service in all areas! The best breakfast buffet in all of North Bengal! Sudeep was exceptional in handling our lunch order and made sure that the food was as per our dietary request. Sujal at the front desk made our check-in easy & actually upgraded us to better rooms because we were travelling with our elderly parents. The Small details personalized for us made it a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers :)

Wonderful establishment, [ courtyard Marriott by siliguri] came here for conference + dinner and the treatment was beautiful and decoration was fabulous. I absolutely adore staff Mr mukul , Mr ayush ,Mr rohan for their kindness and will be returning. The place vegan friendly and food I'd delicious with a decent price. The atmosphere is extremely elegant and great to celebrate... Everything 10/10 [ excellent ] and we came at an amazing hours.... ❤️

I went to the Nepali food festival and had a sumptuous experience of the culinary delights from Nepali - I enjoyed all the dishes and wish to thank Chef Mr Kalyan singh and his entire team and great hospitality of Mr Pariwesh ; Kamal; Pari and ambience

We stayed at the Courtyard Siliguri twice in March, before and after our visit to Darjeeling. It is a good, large modern hotel that met our needs for one night each time. The rooms are generally comfortable. The bed is good and there are two chairs. The bathroom had a good shower and we appreciated the counter space. The towels, however, were quite thin and not great for drying off after the shower. We ate dinner in the second floor dining room and breakfast, too. The buffet at each meal was good but not superb. Dinner was reasonably priced and breakfast included. On our second stay, due to early departure they kindly gave us a packed breakfast. The hotel was lightly populated on our first visit, a Monday, but when we returned on Friday it was packed for a wedding. Front desk staff was generally helpful although I found it interesting they couldn’t identify the Indian visa in our passports; they need the information for check in, so they should see quite a few. The hotel arranged a car to pick us up at Bagdogra Airport and another to take us back. Both were adequate but not the standard of cars we have had elsewhere in India. All in all, a good stay. But nothing said “wow”!

This hotel has long been a source of pride for Siliguri, and we have been staying here since its launch. However, we can’t help but notice a gradual decline in standards over time. We sincerely hope management takes the necessary steps to uphold the reputation associated with the Marriott name, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance for guests. On a positive note, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the premium room a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. The buffet, as always, was well-organised with a great variety of layouts. A special mention goes to Chef Subhamoy Sarkar, whose personal touch elevates the dining experience. He went out of his way to prepare banana blossom vegetables for us, which was absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff are extremely polite and professional, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We hope to see improvements in the overall standards of the hotel, as it has always been a favorite of ours in Siliguri.
