The place is good and everything looks nice however it was crowded with military personal may be because Siliguri is a military camp area. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and are very supportive. Greets you with big smile even though in this hot weather. That’s one reason I extended my stay at this hotel. Thank you all team courtyard. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

The room is clean and the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. We had a good time to stay there.

We stayed at the Courtyard Siliguri twice in March, before and after our visit to Darjeeling. It is a good, large modern hotel that met our needs for one night each time. The rooms are generally comfortable. The bed is good and there are two chairs. The bathroom had a good shower and we appreciated the counter space. The towels, however, were quite thin and not great for drying off after the shower. We ate dinner in the second floor dining room and breakfast, too. The buffet at each meal was good but not superb. Dinner was reasonably priced and breakfast included. On our second stay, due to early departure they kindly gave us a packed breakfast. The hotel was lightly populated on our first visit, a Monday, but when we returned on Friday it was packed for a wedding. Front desk staff was generally helpful although I found it interesting they couldn’t identify the Indian visa in our passports; they need the information for check in, so they should see quite a few. The hotel arranged a car to pick us up at Bagdogra Airport and another to take us back. Both were adequate but not the standard of cars we have had elsewhere in India. All in all, a good stay. But nothing said “wow”!

This hotel has long been a source of pride for Siliguri, and we have been staying here since its launch. However, we can’t help but notice a gradual decline in standards over time. We sincerely hope management takes the necessary steps to uphold the reputation associated with the Marriott name, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance for guests. On a positive note, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the premium room a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. The buffet, as always, was well-organised with a great variety of layouts. A special mention goes to Chef Subhamoy Sarkar, whose personal touch elevates the dining experience. He went out of his way to prepare banana blossom vegetables for us, which was absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff are extremely polite and professional, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We hope to see improvements in the overall standards of the hotel, as it has always been a favorite of ours in Siliguri.

Courtyard Siliguri is about 40 minutes from Bagdogra airport. The front desk team was very helpful. Mr. Dispenser helped in easy checkin, explaining the facilities etc. The room was in 12th floor with roof to floor glass giving a very good view of the railway station outside. Siliguri kitchen restaurant in this hotel had a very good spread of options for the dinner and breakfast buffet. Overall, for a 1 night stay, I would recommend this hotel.

I would highly recommend Courtyard Siliguri if you find yourself there. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is amazing, and you will feel at home. Our group stayed there on our way in, and we loved it so much that we booked again on our way out. Thank you to our new friends (especially Sujal!). We hope to see you again sometime soon.

The reception staff, Vandana, was very helpful and provided such a smooth check-in experience. Sujal was also amazing—he was always ready to assist and personally called twice to check if everything was fine in the room. I felt really good about the staff; they are so kind and wonderful. The entire staff is well-trained. Thank you to the entire hotel management team. When I visit again, I will 100% prefer staying here.”

Very good service and excellent location. Food is excellent, staff is very courteous and well trained. Mr Ajeet Srarkar looked after my room, he's a very smart and efficient staff. The hotel has a rooftop bar which is really awesome. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing hospitality experienced at Courtyard Siliguri. The staffs and the incharge Mr Sarkar , Mr Suvodip were very courteous and acted as a perfect host …. It really seemed like a home away from real home. The room was good , clean and with good view. Keep it up !! All the best!!
