Perfect location if you are looking to relax and enjoy the property. There is nothing around and is quite isolated. The breakfast is fantastic, the staff supper friendly and open to help you with everything you may need.

A little far away from everything

I really enjoyed my experience in Anema and hope to repeat. Despite being a bit far from the airport, the staff is very friendly, very helpful and really makes you feel at home. I travelled on a honeymoon received a room upgrade, with and amazing sea view. Nice to explore the surroundings, The Hotel provides a motorcycle rental at a attractive price, the beach is great and calm. Great environment.

Geen sfeer . Prijzen absurd. Geen dekens konden we wel aanvragen. Dat was tevens met handdoeken ook zo. 1 kussen. Personeel achter de bar lette nergens op. Vind dat voor een 5 sterren hotel slecht. Bij alle andere hotels was dat wel zo. Zijn vaak bij 5 sterren hotels geweest maar dit was de slechtste. Het enigste plus punt was dat je naast het hotel op het strand een geweldig bar tentje had waar de sfeer geweldig was en vol was. En het uitzicht was mooi. Wij zouden niet meer terugkeren

性價比很差的一家度假村，設施非常老舊完全沒有維護,哪裡都是破的，晚上連一床被子都沒有，連拿一個碗過來都是有缺口的碗。度假村唯一的賣點是一個游泳池和臨近沙灘，但是海里並不能浮潛看到任何魚，本來住在一個交通不方便的度假村是希望能浮潛看見魚。餐廳價格貴味道差，服務人員服務敷衍感覺如果在你這邊不能再撈到一些錢以後就變得敷衍了，包括酒店裡麪也有潛水中心但是態度和價格都非常不值得推薦，總之這是一個非常不值得推薦的度假村，是我在整個印尼十幾天的旅程裏面住過的最破最臟最不值得的一家酒店。

sehr freundliches service, unglaublich warmherzig und an dir als mensch interessiert. die begrüßung war schon besonders freundlich und offen, das habe ich in 7 wochen reisen in indonesien/bali und vietnam noch nie so erlebt. und sogar als es was mit der spülung bei der toilette hatte, kam man mir entgegne und hat mich gratis zum essen eingeladen sowie zum hafen gebracht. weiters sind schnorcheln und kajak fahren inkludiert gewesen, was das ganze wirklich zu einem guten erlebnis machte! super ruhige zimmer, flottes wlan, und ganz ruhige bucht zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. andere cafes, restuarants und warung am strang in geh-reichweite, und super nah vom hafen (keine 10 minuten). sogar eine runde billard hab ich gespielt. absolute empfehlung!

My girlfriend’s credit card was charged €281 (4,710,000 IDR) even though we did not stay here. After check-in, we saw our disgusting room with a moldy mattress and yellow and brown-stained covers and sheets, and we were offered two other rooms to switch to. In those rooms, we encountered cockroaches. We were promised a refund, which was supposedly processed through the Anema card machine (we did receive an invoice). We left the hotel the same day we arrived. We have contacted the hotel multiple times and have been waiting in vain for the outstanding refund of 281 euros until today. Conclusion: The most fraudulent and disgusting hotel of our travels in Indonesia!

Superb location/ great hospitality and great food - highly recommended. We got some vegan options too - which was v good. I wish there were more Indian dishes in the menu.... Nana from staff is very attentive and prompt. Room with private pool was affordable . Highly recommended for spending quality time with family/ loved ones

Unfortunately checked out 4 hours after we arrived. Booked here as part of package stay around Indonesia. Planned to stay here for 3 nights. Upon arrival at the port our bags were taken off boat by local men wearing face coverings and refused to give bags back, were dragged down the port to the taxi and demanded money off us - they were following us and trying to intimidate which was an unpleasant experience. The driver was not very helpful or protective of his guests. The arrival at the hotel was ok but it was very isolated and in the middle of dirty forests. No access to anywhere safely on foot, security at the long drive to resort. The staff on check in were polite and kind. But I did feel a lack of professionalism when our excursions were being planned, scribbled on the back of a piece of paper and we were asked to confirm our plans and pay for additional there and then. WhatsApp — used for communicating with staff. But we’re bombarded with 40 messages and photos of drinks / food and excursion prices (which could have been in a welcome pack in the room). Resort generally — The resort was not ok. A little basic and quite dirty, the pool area is run - down with broken tiles and leaves / dead bugs all over bedding and lounge areas. It looks a little forgotten and abandoned. No staff manning bar in pool and looked un-opened. The beach front is beautiful and the sand clean. Restaurant — We had an out till check in so had some lunch. Which as per other reviews I agree was very expensive for what it was. Unfortunately my partner went to the bathroom in the restaurant and there was human faeces all over the toilet and lots of flies. The men taking our orders were polite to my husband but did not speak to me or ask my name , my husband had to make a point to introduce me. Our room — our room was basic but nice, a little small considering the size of the resort. The beds were two singles pushed together (not nice for a couple). The tv is a projector which had no working batteries in the remote. The fridge and AC unit very loud and dated. The bathroom was beautiful. The pool / private deck area was pretty but you can hear everything the neighbours are saying and doing. Considering there was only 5 couples in the resort, they seemed to check two in next door to each other which either seemed nonsensical or lazy for cleaning purposes. Peeling pant and loud IN the pool and mould on walls. Communal divider with next door guests which can be accessed from both sides, not locked and lack of security. No hot water in resort and must wait a few minutes for taps to work We had to go into the local village to buy a sun shirt - we were ordered a taxi quickly by staff. We confirmed before departure how to return , they said to just contact resort on WhatsApp and tell them our location or drop a pin. There was no internet 4G/5G in the village , we were able to find a coffee shop and use their wifi to contact the resort. We asked them to call us a

We arrived with such a warm welcome. After we were shown to our room. We had been upgraded but we had no idea how wonderful the upgrade would be. Everyone at the hotel were so nice and nothing was ever too much trouble. The service was incredible very attention to detail was made. It was an absolute pleasure staying at your hotel. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive and the service brilliant. Thank you for our floating breakfast and picnic breakfast we were so spoilt. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable.

Wow, i mean this hotel was just amazing perfect to have a few quite days at the beach. The staff are all so friendly. The food is delicious.. you get alot. Also same for the breakfast was so much could not even finish everything was just perfect! We really had an amazing time here!!
