Perfect location if you are looking to relax and enjoy the property. There is nothing around and is quite isolated. The breakfast is fantastic, the staff supper friendly and open to help you with everything you may need.

A little far away from everything

I really enjoyed my experience in Anema and hope to repeat. Despite being a bit far from the airport, the staff is very friendly, very helpful and really makes you feel at home. I travelled on a honeymoon received a room upgrade, with and amazing sea view. Nice to explore the surroundings, The Hotel provides a motorcycle rental at a attractive price, the beach is great and calm. Great environment.

Het personeel is top en de kamer was prima maar de rest niet. Verouderd, afgelegen en niets te doen. Strand vies, zeker geen 5-sterren, en ook geen 4.

Благодарю за гостеприимство!) Великолепный отель, очень чисто, красивая территория, чудесный пляж и тёплые бассейн (мы были в сезон дождей, поэтому вечером и утром было прохладно). Невероятно вкусная еда в ресторане, прекрасный массаж. Номера в этом отеле высокого качества,вид на море и прекрасный большой балкон) Были всего 1 ночь,но насладились каждой минутой прибывания.

Geen sfeer . Prijzen absurd. Geen dekens konden we wel aanvragen. Dat was tevens met handdoeken ook zo. 1 kussen. Personeel achter de bar lette nergens op. Vind dat voor een 5 sterren hotel slecht. Bij alle andere hotels was dat wel zo. Zijn vaak bij 5 sterren hotels geweest maar dit was de slechtste. Het enigste plus punt was dat je naast het hotel op het strand een geweldig bar tentje had waar de sfeer geweldig was en vol was. En het uitzicht was mooi. Wij zouden niet meer terugkeren

性價比很差的一家度假村，設施非常老舊完全沒有維護,哪裡都是破的，晚上連一床被子都沒有，連拿一個碗過來都是有缺口的碗。度假村唯一的賣點是一個游泳池和臨近沙灘，但是海里並不能浮潛看到任何魚，本來住在一個交通不方便的度假村是希望能浮潛看見魚。餐廳價格貴味道差，服務人員服務敷衍感覺如果在你這邊不能再撈到一些錢以後就變得敷衍了，包括酒店裡麪也有潛水中心但是態度和價格都非常不值得推薦，總之這是一個非常不值得推薦的度假村，是我在整個印尼十幾天的旅程裏面住過的最破最臟最不值得的一家酒店。

sehr freundliches service, unglaublich warmherzig und an dir als mensch interessiert. die begrüßung war schon besonders freundlich und offen, das habe ich in 7 wochen reisen in indonesien/bali und vietnam noch nie so erlebt. und sogar als es was mit der spülung bei der toilette hatte, kam man mir entgegne und hat mich gratis zum essen eingeladen sowie zum hafen gebracht. weiters sind schnorcheln und kajak fahren inkludiert gewesen, was das ganze wirklich zu einem guten erlebnis machte! super ruhige zimmer, flottes wlan, und ganz ruhige bucht zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. andere cafes, restuarants und warung am strang in geh-reichweite, und super nah vom hafen (keine 10 minuten). sogar eine runde billard hab ich gespielt. absolute empfehlung!

We had the most wonderful stay at Anema. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were beautiful, it’s a quiet and peaceful resort to relax in. The food is excellent, providing many options to accommodate all. You can watch the sunrise on the beach over the mountains which is incredible. We were lucky enough to watch the coconuts being cut down and given one for free once cut open, it was delicious! The staff at the front desk will help you organise trips such as Gili Island snorkelling and visiting the waterfalls. The resort was always clean and tidy and when you go for evening dinner, the staff write your name on a leaf which was a lovely touch as well as lighting a beach fire!! We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it.

Extremely disappointing experience in particular due to the run down aspect of the resort. This is absolutely not a 5 star resort. It could have been the case when it was first renovated years ago but the overall state of the rooms, the gardens, the gym, the SPA, the pool is not even close to a 4 star resort. The first thing that jumps out is the poor state of all the gardens. A number of equipment in the gym are out of order. The pool table has only one cue and it is damaged including a number of balls. The SPA is in such a poor state needing serious renovation. The main pool doesn’t look it has been properly cleaned in a while. The rooms are very basic with a projector screen that is very ineffective. The drain in the shower overflowed after our first use. The private plunge pool is not really private as the water is shared with the next room. The only positive about this resort is the staff: very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for all the poor state of the facilities.
