I didn't eat there so I can't comment, my room was clean and warm (it was only 3°C outside). Staff were friendly and accommodating. They also have a 50% discount for the carpark next door. I have stayed here before and I probably will again.

Good location, small hot rooms, we were on the top floor, the window opened 5 cm, August -UK Summer. The view of my room was literally a brick wall of the other building. It wasn’t a nice experience, but it you want a no frill bed then the hotel delivered but if you want a hotel experience then seek others. Location of the hotel is near the old Castle market, plenty of homeless and loud people. Wished I remembered to take a picture of the brick wall outside my window.

I am Benny Mok(the register name is WAI-FU MOK), spent three days there at ROOM 211 from 31/7/2022 to 2/8/2022 in summer & I found that all the facilities in the hotel were superb & I was highly satisfied. The only shortcoming was there was a long weird sound when flushing at the bathroom. There might be some problems in the toilet bowl hose. Otherwise than that, I highly recommend this hotel cuz all the staff members at the hotel ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, welcoming, cheerful, caring including the housekeeping ladies ! Last but not least, the receptionist ~KARRA RIPPON. karra was the most patient, helpful, amicable , devoted, loving, thoughtful & caring staff member over there & there is no doubt about that! Would you mind sharing this inspiring message with this excellent receptionist and tell her that the inspiring message was from a HONG KONG IMMIGRANT FAMILY ? Many thanks & I owe you one!

酒店位置還是不錯的，雖然離景區大門有點遠，但是也就十幾分鍾就會走到了。疫情影響還是比較大，相對往年來説人少了不少。這次也沒有去景區，留待下次秋天來看紅葉和冰川了，總的來説，還是值得推薦的。

房間很大，但是有一股説不出來的不好聞的味道

Parking is crazy please pre book before u park as we paid 22 pound for 24 hr . We had a terrible day but upon arrival paige had a big smile and was very helpful with regards to parking after we settled we went down for food but the little one was playing up so we decided to eat up in our room. Paige was more than happy to bring the food up when it was ready she is a credit to the company staff like this often get over looked but it's people like her that make guest feel welcome safe and want to come back . Thank you paige your customer service is amazing

I needed a hotel in the centre of Sheffield on a Saturday night, close to the railway station - this Travelodge met that brief in terms of location, price and facilities. Wanting a quiet night, I paid a little extra for a top floor Standard Plus room. I was allocated a rear facing room at the furthest end of the corridor and slept soundly. The Reception staff couldn't have been nicer both on arrival and on departure. All the usual plus points of the comfortable bed, decent pillows etc. I did find the window didn't quite fully fit to the seal when closed, but it didn't detract from my experience. Yes, the area leading from the hotel uphill into the city centre can be interesting, but so many cities are much the same nowadays.

Nice spot to stay in, only took us a short taxi ride to get to where we were going. Not far from the train/coach station and plenty of parking (definitely prebook and use the discount! Don’t panic if the rollers are shut, they open as you drive up to them!) This hotel would look amazing if they had the refurbishment but the staff are doing a great job with what they’ve got and our rooms were lovely and clean!

I was honestly not finding anything to fault. I was impressed with the service&room. Ideal part of my stickabout was the bar which was till four o'clock in the early hours. I'd say there was insufficient soap but I decided to give five star wOW

We booked an accessible room and it was perfect for our needs. It was very hard to find a room fully suitable for disabled around here. Meals options were great to have after a long journey. Staff were very kind and informative. Especially Mazhar!
