Would definitely return to this hotel! If you’re looking for a relaxed holiday in a beautiful hotel with the opportunity to snorkel this is the hotel for you!

The hotel is good for families and couples , we enjoyed the snorkeling there , no much activities for kids except the animation show at night.

The view is amazing. The resort is huge and has a few lagoons where you can do scrub diving. Took pictures of many pretty fish. The only thing I don’t like is that the toilet has sewage smell if you don’t keep the fan on. The rooms are big but a bit old and can use some upgrade.

This is the first time I feel racial discrimination in this country. They are very unfriendly to Chinese people. I don’t know if you don’t like to receive tourists from China or Asia. You just need to mark it clearly on your website. You want to make money from Chinese people, but discriminate against us or Asians! I feel it’s incredible. This is why I spent so much time writing this paragraph. I know it may not have any impact on you, but I will write about what you did to us on all Chinese social media and call on Chinese people not to come to your hotel! It even affected my impression of Egypt! You should be ashamed! I have a lot of Egyptian or Arab friends. They invited me to their country for vacation, but I received cold silence, racial discrimination and ridicule! I will say it for the last time! Tourists from China should not choose this hotel!

The resort architecture was breathtaking, food was great and staff was really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful Hotel, room was spacious, clean and had a lovely sea view. Lots of choice food wise. Couldn't fault anything.

The room is great . And there are a lot of places you can find some fun in the hotel. The only thing I wanna complain is the reception. When you check in , they won't introduce you anything. Everything you have to ask yourself. And after I checked out I couldn't call a taxi and I asked the reception if they could help and they refused.

A racism hotel, not friendly no smile and not helpful for Asian customers.

Very friendly staff, very clean, nice view, above and beyond! We will definitely come back here and we extended our stay twice.

The welcoming / reception area is nice and staff are friendly Everything turned upside down after checking in Our room doesn’t come with chair for the working table Cleanliness wise is good There is no service at the snacks bar from the service crew and chef, food quality is bad Spa and shopping area price is not fixed For the dinner, we had the buffet at citadel restaurant, service crew attitude is bad too Guest relations booking crew’s service is bad too…

This hotel is amazing, will come again!
