Phản Hồi Từ Khách Sạn: Dear guests,thank you for choosing Shantou Yihe Yongping Hotel for your trip.We regret that we failed to receive your five-star parise during your stay.When we received your feedback, we immediately arranged for the engineering department to check the facility and replace the filter screen of the bathroom floor drain with a filter screen with larger holes. Later, other rooms were also replaced. The wash basin is made of rock slabs ,and found that it could not be cut into incisions after it was put into use. When cleaning the room, the housekeeping also scraped and wiped it clean with special tools.
