Very nice hotel with great position.

This is my second times staying in this hotel. The hotel location is good. It's only 5 minutes from the famous "Xiao Gong Yun" and the Food street where you can have a lot of nice chiu zhou foods. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

- The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from Shantou old town. - Although the staff does not speak English, they are incredibly friendly and provide a warm welcome. They are always ready to assist, which made our stay pleasant and hassle-free. - The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. - The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful. This quiet setting provides a sense of safety and relaxation. - There are several conveniences nearby, including restaurants, convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a fruit shop, all within a 1- to 2-minute walk. - Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers seeking a quiet and comfortable stay with excellent service and basic amenities close at hand.

Perfect touristic location inside xiaogongyuen. Brand new remodeling. Friendly front desk. Enjoyed the stay very much.

The hotel overall is new, clean, and conveniently located. The service provided is beyond expectation. In particular, Nicole offers excellent service to help us arrange local transportation. However, if the room ventilation air blow direction could be adjusted to prevent cool dry being blown to my face all night long, I would consider this hotel the best of this price could offer.

酒店整體不錯，投資人沒少花錢。 酒店硬件跟價格是匹配的。 作為同行，有幾點還是建議改進。 1.房間的隔音不好，內置應該加一層，我看窗户間距足夠。 2.巖板、藝術漆用的挺好，巖板台盆用的很大膽，這玩意後期保潔會越來越困難。儘快精修下美縫吧。 3.這個價位了，花灑檔次沒跟上。換個帶頂噴的吧。找個台州終身質保的廠家。 4.拖鞋可以升個級加2毛錢，再大一碼。 再投新店的話，找個有研發新產品能力的酒店設計團隊。原來的設計家裝痕跡有點重，比如:客房內台階過渡、衞生間乾濕區選材考慮的都不規範。 總之，產品是個好產品，也用心了。就是錢沒用在刀刃上。 不過對於旅客來説，這個價格跟房間價值是匹配的。

就在小公園附近，下樓就有公交站，去萬象城高鐵站都很方便！ 酒店本身外牆也非常漂亮，很適合打卡 房間很漂亮很亮堂，床軟軟的睡着很舒服！延遲退房服務也很好，前台的小姐姐很熱心還發送了旅遊攻略～

設施：24年剛開業的酒店，硬件上是不錯的，衞生間配備的是智能感應馬桶，挺人性化的； 説説幾個缺點吧： 1.床位的兩根柱子的木頭其實是爛的，發現它搖晃後隨便一拿就拿下來了😂然後就全是木屑，就默默地又蓋上… 2.淋浴間的洗漱用品香味有點過重，也不是什麼知道的品牌 3.早餐可選性真的超級少，就一個島台➕煮粉/麪的一個櫃枱 4.房間內沒有提供浴袍 以上四點作為七百多價格一晚的酒店真的不太應該 環境：酒店地理位置是非常不錯的，在最熱鬧的小公園街區，去哪裡都挺方便 服務：可能是房間被安排在安全通道門旁邊，保潔的工具間也在旁邊，所以大晚上十二點多還能清晰的聽到動靜，隔音有些差 其他都挺好的，以上幾點希望能改進吧～

在老城區，逛老城最佳位置，老式建築很有特色裝飾很新，床鋪很新，洗手盤和水龍頭這種設計很好用，小冰箱的可樂和雪碧免費贈送，挺不錯的，老城區住宿的最佳選擇，會推薦朋友過來。
