Best one I've stayed in yet very clean and very well decorative atmosphere

The hotel was spotless the breakfast was excellent the coffee maker and the coffee was a very pleasant surly the breakfast attendant was a wonderful person the staff greeted you when ever you entered

Strange they advertise themselves as a "family friendly" hotel but have no guest laundry facility! "Families" have children, and thus dirty laundry. I had to wash everything by hand, using more shampoo and lots of water, so they lost money instead of using a laundry facility in which they would have made money. The "common" shampoo/soap bottles are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Enjoy staying here, unfortunately this is the second stay where I’ve had issues with the television that they can’t fix. Not a deal breaker, definitely a bummer though.

The staff was absolutely terrible and threatening and discriminating! Would never recommend this property to anyone!!

Seemed like someone jiggled my door handle at night! But, free coffee! Breakfast was not ver good.

Very clean and well kept facility. The staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick. Very comfortable stay.

Due to lack of research prior to booking hotel, there are much equal to, or slightly better than hotels around within feet of the hotel that are much more cheaper for what u get. And Lord help me the complementary breakfast food in the morning with a joke. Jimmy Dean Johnny Dean microwaved sandwiches with cereal as an alternative. Again, not bad but the places to the left and right have much better food and much better prices for what you get. Bottom line prices were 10 $20 cheaper it would be fair.

The front desk employees were very nice. I was traveling for work. Very convenient location. New and clean.

Service and facilities were excellent!!!!! The staff at check in and breakfast were friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I anticipated, but it was super clean and had all the amenities necessary. The bed was extremely comfortable. The TV had casting/streaming capabilities so I was able to get onto Netflix on my phone and stream on the big TV. The shower was amazing...great water pressure and even had a low shelf for shaving my legs (sorry it that's too much detail, but as a woman, I really appreciated that detail). There was fresh coffee and tea in the lobby all the time so though there was no coffee maker in the room, I was able to pop to the lobby and grab a tea at bedtime and a coffee to take back to the room to get ready. Also, I had to leave super early (6am) and breakfast was already rolling. Wonderful stay!!!!!!!

The staff greeted us with a smile and quick service. They even secured another room for our family that decided to come with us. Very nice place.

The hotel, for the price, is small with a tight room and poorly ventilated bathroom. The room had a really odd musty odor for a younger property. The only way the odor abated was with running the air. When my son went to plug in his phone to charge, the charger sparked and fried and he had a slight shock. At the same time, all the lights, tv, etc went out in our room. The property addressed the lights out (we had to go find someone, the front desk did not answer when we called), however, no one said a word about any of it, even an apology. A hotel room should support the TV and a phone charger at the same time. We had nothing else running. Breakfast hours were rather short (ends at 9:30) and they mean 9:30. The front desk young lady when we checked in was lovely as was the housekeeping staff.
