Great short stay in this hotel arriving at 3am! Pool on rooftop is great and has nice views. They also had lovely Christmas decorations. Only downside I stayed too short, late check out is an extra 200 dirham. That wasn’t worth it.

Huge room, clean and comfortable, nice bathtub, sometimes i staycation around 7 emirates, this hotel is one of my favorites

Our recent stay at Canvas M Gallery was, as expected, very good. The quick check-in process set a positive tone for our visit. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with special recognition to Kripa for her outstanding assistance in accommodating our last-minute changes. We definitely plan to return again and again. Highly recommended!

Worst hotel I ever been probably owned or manage by Indian I got sick from their Indian restaurant even it his super pricey but the worst of the worst is the suit last floor we did not sleep due to noise from their NIGHT CLUB right on top of the whole last floor Until 4 AM we had super loud noise it was impossible to sleep. Even it was a Tuesday night and had probably no one there it’s was my worst experience in 5years of coming in Dubai. The king beds are just double twin beds with the separation in the middle put together

It was a fantastic stay. Superb facilities with underground parking. Huge lobby for waiting or having meeting over a coffee.

As a 5 Star Hotel, The Canvas is a decent one for its price. It's also a part of Accor Hotels, which I really liked, as Accor hasn't disappointed me in all my stays across most of its facilities. I booked an Executive King Room with Breakfast. I liked the interior around the hotel and inside the room. The room features an open-air bathtub which is really relaxing and it's also worth noting that they are generous with the complimentary goodies as well. 😉 I liked that I didn't have to request for anything upon arrival as the room is fully equipped, clean, and restocked properly. One thing I noticed though is that the air conditioning is not the best, I found myself sweating so bad during my sleep though I could've easily called for assistance but I'm still half asleep so I let it go. Pool is one of the main things for me whenever I check in. I visited the pool at 8AM (they mentioned upon checking in that it's from 8AM to 7PM and I planned to eat breakfast after a dip in the pool) but I felt dismayed about three main things: 1. It's not open, not even a single soul in the rooftop cleaning the area or preparing the pool. It is blocked with potted plants, barrier posts, tables and (ironically) a sign that says it opens at 8AM. If guests have been informed that it opens at 8AM then it should be open and functional by 8AM. I waited for a good 10 minutes but no one came to open it so I left. 2. The rooftop also converts to a bar at night so you can just imagine that the place is a mess in the morning, they should have someone clean it early in the morning or at least before the pool opens but again no one was there. 3. It didn't look like in the photos. There were a lot of things around that didn't looked like it belonged to a "rooftop pool/lounge" for me. It's (literally) A bar and A pool cramped altogether in such a small space where it doesn't even feel like it complements each other or even look relaxing in a way. There were 4-5 plastic reclining beds without a "bed"/foam padding and it's all dusty which could have been actually enough for me to just lay down and stay for awhile to wait until it opens but since it's dusty, I didn't even bother. The rest seems to me like trash from last night's party. Just for reference, Adagio Hotel (an Accor 4-star hotel) has Crate & Barrel for their sunbeds and towels. 🙈 Novotel (4-star hotel) and is also a part of Accor, also have a really nice rooftop pool/bar where you can relax without even the need of using the pool. It's nothing grand in there but it's already nice for me so I really do feel like this is a huge letdown for The Canvas which has a 5-star hotel rating. As for the continental breakfast, it's great as all the staff there were really attentive and hands on deck to assist everyone. They even offered a cake and party sparklers to one of the guest which is commendable as it shows that they care about their guests. They have a live egg station, salad bar, juice corner, meats, pastry, cold cuts, and fruits which is a standard but also complete and satisfactory. Overall, I'd still say that I've enjoyed my stay that I extended for another night. The hotel is decent and their rooms are nice. I'd come back or recommend this to my friends but personally, I would've liked it more if the rooftop pool is maintained properly. Thank you team and all the best for next time ☀️

Front office desk is terrible. Especially yash one of the lady on desk. Taking too much time for checkin.
