Located above the main station in Sendai , make it easy to access from airport and anywhere in Japan through the train , a lot of food in the station and shopping street just outside the station

Honestly everything from start to finish was great about this hotel. Employees spoke english, rooms were spacious, nice and modern. Location was in sendai station with malls, food and sightseeing everywhere.  Sendai is also the home of gyutan. Try it, honestly. If I had something to complain about it would be that one of the 3 elevators only go to the 3rd floor and not 1st.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Sendai station. Convenient to go anywhere. Shopping mall, restaurants around the hotel. Guest room is spacious, clean and tidy. We will definitely accommodate here when we visit Sendai again in future.

Located in side JR station where one is pampered by the variety of restaurants and amenities. The room is of good size and clean; breakfast is simple but was disappointed with no omelet making counter.

Great location and connectivity with bus terminal and station downstairs. Plenty of food options, shopping for everyone all within walking distance. Rooms are big and comfortable. Will come back again

Room is good and clean. Except we were arranged to lowest floor with zero view. Out of window is the working platform of the building. Price I paid is neither expensive or too cheap. So.... Is ok to us, just one night.

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with young children or elderly as hotel is located in Sendai Station, therefore, you can always return to hotel if you need to rest. There’s shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance.

Location is great - 3 min walk to Sendai station with lots of restaurants and stores for shopping. Room is small but clean and good enough for short stay.

The hotel location is just near by Sendai JR station, close to many department stores and restaurants. It is very convenient for food and shopping. The room rate is also reasonable. The only complaint is the room space too small.
