The staff was super friendly and let us in to the rooms before the official check-in time. We rented a one bedroom with a kitchen, because we intended to cook. These the areas where the place was lacking. 1. No rack in the oven (even after requesting, no follow-up). 2. No paper towels. 3. No salt and pepper. The apartment’s worst aspect was the bed - it was atrocious. Also, there were no real shelves or drawers to put our clothes, only closet space for hanging. Also the heater worked but didn’t do a great job heating the main area of the apartment.

The holiday resort looks nice but quite old style. Staff are all really friendly. Our first night was a little bit hassle as when we were about to sleep my bf felt something crawling to him and theres bed bugs, massive one as well. Then when we lift up the bedsheet covers we all found them on that side crawling around which is really disgusting. We then reported to the receptionist and gave us new room and this time no more bugs. But didnt say sorry or whatsoever and didnt even give us any compensation and refund.

All of the staff are warm, accommodating & friendly. We were grateful that Maria made sure that we were allocated a room in the building of our choice. The room was very well equipped with a good size & modern fridge & freezer. Plus oven, microwave & all the plates & cutlery you could possibly need. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The resort is clean & both pool areas are kept clean & tidy. Breakfast is excellent value for money. Be aware that you need to bring a towel from home to use at the pool. Very easy to walk into town from this location. Lots of parking

Отличный отель для отдыха в любое время года! Завтрак это отдельный респект! Очень богатый шведский стол. Есть и десерты, и горячие блюда, и фрукты. На территории есть детская площадка. Бассейн внутри подогревается с тёплой водой. Огорчает лишь то, что сауна за отдельную плату, причём почасовая оплата (10 евро с человека в час) и дети вообще не допускаются.

Un hôtel très agréable, très bien situé. tout est proche. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus et à seulement 10 minutes du bord de mer. Je dois mentionner que le service hôtelier est au plus haut niveau et est très gentil et serviable. La nourriture est également de très haute qualité. Je peux le recommander en toute confiance !

Frühstück super Buffet Alles lecker, und entspricht der Preisleistung, Für Dinner ist ein Restaurant VIVA CYPRUS sehr EMPFEHLENSWERT in der Nähe. Lage super .. In Paphos sind die Busse aber schlecht, bitte sofort Auto mieten es ist günstig 10-20€/Tag...die Taxis sind teuer und sie verarschen jeden Sau... Also bitte Auto mieten. Personal: ich bedanke mich bei euch von tiefen Herzen, Ihr seid die bestens... Immer Hilfsbereit und sehr menschlich... Meine Frau ging ihr während Urlaub nicht gut und ins Krankenhaus eingegangen sie haben mir zugelassen Frühstück to go für meine Frau mitzunehmen und dafür ein Lieferbox vorbereitet.... Das war echt toll. Nachteil : das Hotel ist ein bisschen alt und die Ausstattung müssen moderner sein aber das ignoriert man sofort wenn man so eine tolle freundliche Personal hat. Sauna gegen 7€ extra das ist auch nachteilig meiner Meinung. Also in großen Gans ist das hotel sehr gut und ich buche da wieder und wieder 😁. Grüße von Chaban Familie

We are here now came self catering the apartment is larger than I expected everywhere is clean we have eaten at the buffet food was brilliant reasonable prices.

We so wanted to like this hotel more but it has a few negatives that stop it being a really good one. The Positives: Sandwiches and water on our late arrival was much appreciated as was wine in the room, Gift of 'Cyprus' Delight on leaving, Good location, Really tasty food, Friendly staff with some exceptions, Nice pool area if you get towels out early!, Large well equipped room. The Negatives: Some reception staff not the friendliest but the rest were great, Hotel states towels will be removed from unattended sunbeds but didn't so pool places were sparse, Needs a bit of a refurb or refresh, Entertainment wasn't the greatest but made worse by poor seating arrangement, Beds not too comfortable and noisy air-con so not a lot of sleep. Felt like two different hotels at times with inconsistent staff friendliness. Could be a much better hotel with only a little effort.

I read reviews and they were mixed so I gambled and booked, wished I didn’t. I need a holiday after spending a week here! Checked into violetta 203. Straight away I noticed the door wouldn’t lock, notified reception. Got quizzed as to why it wasn’t locking before maintenance was called. It was a brass knob and key and it was changed. I found out 3 days later that I was the only person with a key as i asked the maid to please clean the room but she couldn’t get access. The mattresses are rock hard , ok if you nap for 3-4 hrs a night. Toilet- keep the lid down so you can’t smell sewage. Great water pressure for a COLD shower in the morning and night. Balcony- view of the pool through the TREE. In the morning you can hear the dogs at the sanctuary barking and the donkey then the workmen start digging. Evenings you have the pleasure of the music and everyone playing in the pool. The balcony gets the leaves and splatters of bird poo every day. If you’re all inclusive please don’t dream of PURCHASING a drink from the reception bar. They see your blue band and ignore you! 8/10 staff went above and beyond service with a smile. Food was pleasant but repetitive. Very clean dining area. Plates cleared as soon as you put down the cutlery on the plate. I did cool down in the cloudy outdoor pool and wondered why nobody was using the indoor pool. The black grime mark around the water level explained why. Overall sum up - Everything and everyone tired.

Hotel a little dated but spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels every other day. Hotel staff very friendly from reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners and maintenance. We asked for a walk in shower and got one, only problem no sun on patio until late afternoon but the shower was priority. We're still here for two more days wish it was longer, entertainment was by a great guy called James but he has just left. Weather has been brilliant 80 degrees two days, rained twice in 4 weeks for a total of 5 hours. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough it's 3star but feels like 4. Will definitely be back.

I feel I need to write a review about this Hotel so other travellers are aware before booking. It is more like a 2 star hotel. It's very tatty in places and there's a lot that should be replaced. We had a studio apartment that looked out onto the side of a building and field. Our kettle was fuding all the electrics and it took 5 visits to reception to get a replacement. The bulb in one of the bedside lights was hanging out and dangerous. The bathroom was not only tiny it was very dated there was no where at all to put shower gel or shampoo apart from on the floor. The tv kept cutting out. There was nowhere to hang any washing so no line or anything on the balcony. The best thing about the whole stay was the food and lounge area. Would i stay here again. NO CHANCE.
