Good place to be breakfast is great - sigh you far from the city center - the hotel offer Japanese, Italian and Chinese restaurant which are onsite - however there are an infestation of misquotes that makes life difficult

Hotel in posizione strategica a Milano 2 ottimo per chi ha parenti o deve fare delle visite al vicinissimo ospedale San Raffaele, la struttura è davvero molto bella ma risente un pochino dell'età, la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale sono davvero encomiabili e la pulizia è ottima. Il prezzo a volte non è adeguato ma ovviamente la richiesta a Milano è quotidianamente alta, lo consiglio vivamente specie se si ha qualche sconto in determinati periodi tipo "Black Friday" o magari offerte di Trip.com.

We got downgraded to the NH residence hotel when they were not able to honor our initial reservation at the NH hotel nearby. The residence is dirty, grimy, with stained carpets throughout the property. There is a stale stench throughout the hallways and into the bedrooms. The bathrooms have a patchwork of repairs. Avoid this property if at all possible.

I booked two standard rooms with balconies and views of the small lake in front of the property weeks in advance. I requested multiple times, via both emails and phone calls, for either connecting or adjacent rooms since one of the rooms was for my children, including my 9-year-old daughter, as the hotel didn't have rooms large enough to accommodate all four of us. Each time, I was assured that as an NH Titanium member, I would receive one of these options. We checked in two hours ago after a 7-hour flight, and to my surprise, the lady at the desk, who appeared to be a trainee, informed me that neither option was available. Consequently, I had to settle for two rooms separated by an apartment. Moreover, one of the rooms was noticeably smaller than the other, even though I paid for two large rooms. I was also disappointed to learn that there was no manager or supervisor available on the weekend to address my complaint. This is utterly unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a 4-star property.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever seen before. The photos on the official website are completely different from the reality. The carpet is dirty and looks like something from horror movies. It was also stinky and the opened window didn’t help. I do not recommend this “hotel” (it’s difficult to describe it as a hotel).

Very good hotel both for business and leisure travelling. Reccomandable for short and onger stay. Buffet breakfast: excellent. Though, there is a need to provide real orange and pineapple juices not the packaged ones.

They put me in the "residence" area of the property. Perhaps the hotel side is nicer but I would not stay on the residence side again or recommend it. It did have a good proximity to the airport otherwise would be below average.

Non posso che ringraziare tutto lo staff con cui ho avuto, a vario titolo, contatti; sempre disponibile, professionale, cortese e, soprattutto di grande umanità. Ottima struttura, accogliente e piacevole soprattutto per chi, come me, è stato "costretto" a dover passare un periodo lontano dai figli
