good but the water is not that hot

Nice clean room Central location secure parking nearby Bed comfortable Shower excellent good flow and hot Disappointed with No USB to charge my phone, it went flat just lucky my Mrs had her credit csrds

Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

房間有味道，早餐幾豐富，位置很好10分方便，但是沒有停車場，要行大約10分鐘先有停車場，啲雀仔好嘈。

房間半夜漏水，漏了一個多小時還未停，簡直不可思議，這樣的價錢，如果可以再選擇，我永遠都不會選這家酒店

We come to Scarborough several times a year with family but this time I did the booking for all of us so I thought we would have room next to each other no we didn’t also we noticed there’s no box now to choose a sea view why is this

The room was basic but ok with few facilities such as tea and coffee and a fan. No aircon but did have a fan.

Terrible parking for blue badge holders. North Yorkshire Council issued me a PCN despite my badge being on display. Reception staff like their cigarettes/vaping outside main entrance.

Yes the hotel is tired and needs improvement but it is also charming with its quirkiness! The staff are fantastic!!! All working hard to make sure you have a fab stay. The rooms at the front with bay windows are lovely with view of the sea and plenty of space, its the perfect place for a morning brew. Yes it's basic but all you need for a day at the beach, which is only a 5min walk away, although the steps/ ramps are tough. A huge thank you to Phil, Chris, Lucy Paul and Casey you all made our stay fabulous! We will be back soon.

A very outdated travelodge not what you would expect x bathroom wasnt clean would definitely not come here again , if you have problems with walking not the hotel for you , no parking and although we was on second floor once out of the lift still had more stairs to climb

The hotel is in desperate need of repair and refurbishment. The toilet sounded like a ships foghorn when flushed, waking up my son and the surrounding rooms. The shampoo dispenser fell off when touched. The towels and bedding were threadbare. Spoke to reception as we were leaving asking if I could give some feedback. They asked which room number and when I told them, they laughed! I mentioned the toilet and the shampoo dispenser and they told me they already knew. I asked if the issues would be fixed and they replied that they had been logged numerous times and that maybe one day, someone might do something about it. The staff seemed uninterested but honestly, I don’t blame them if the company couldn’t care less. The massive and numerous flies in the breakfast room definitely enjoyed the very limited and poor stock of food much more than we did. I’m a frequent travelodge guest but would never stay in this hotel again. Have complained to customer services and not had a response from them either.
