Perfect spot to rest your head after spending the day in the historic district- it’s quiet, clean and beautiful. A quick walk to the riverfront and a fantastic view of the ships coming through on the river.

Convenient location to River Street. Onsite self parking. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

love the view and the facilities, but I think some things that we were charged for were a bit ridiculous! For example, an exorbitant fee to park my car at the hotel!!! And..breakfast should be included especially for the cost of the room!

I had only one complaint which was the unexpected way in which expensive food items were served via room service. I decided not to say anything at the time because everything else regarding the hotel was fine - but not this!

I love the river view but did not like the price for it . There was not a balcony for that price and it’s off season .

The hotel is a little outdated but great. The rooms have been updated and are good. The staff is excellent. It’s a great location and within walking distance to everything

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament so we didn’t get a lot of time at the hotel but it was clean, quiet and convenient for the ferry.

The location of the hotel is ideal however having guaranteed guests seems to have made front desk staff callous and uncaring in making guests feel welcomed upon check in, stay or check out. It is important to know you will be charged for everything from parking to Wi-Fi (bad connection and impossible to actually use for working remote) I would take the river walk to find dining, instead of eating at the restaurant as the food is adequate, but over priced and you will wait for ever for it. Room service was pretty quick. Overall I would opt for another hotel for my next stay in Savannah

Beautiful property. Loved the balconies. Would have enjoyed a chaise type chair on balcony but we loved it. Thanks

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a baby and toddler, the service was quick and they helped us by having a crib service. The location was perfect for getting around Savannah. We will definitely stay here again.

This area was perfect. Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. I will stay again when I visit.

This hotel is very safe and clean. The only issues we had was the water pressure to flush the toilet. The staff are to be as expected attentive to any issues. The area is perfect for waking and seeing the sights.
