The service deserves to get 10/10,staff really friendly and helpful..thank you so much for your assistance to prepare my bestie birthday surprise!!! Its was really awesome,you guys a rock..but th only thing is bath room got so many flys maybe be you the drainage full of hair and not really clean properly that why attract the small2 fly,and during my visit the water heater not working,so shower under the cold rain shower 🥶room really comfy and spacious,love it🫶🏻

Location is good, near harbour bay ferry terminal, about 2 mins walk. But hotel is abit too noisy especially in the  morning on the ground floor. The noise along corridor can be heard clearly, as if it’s just outside my room. At night can’t sleep early and morning woken by loud noises. Breakfast nothing much, simple, can’t complain for the price paid. Next time will try 2nd or 3rd rooms, these rooms are much bigger so don’t think noise can be heard clearly. For location convenience, highly recommended.

Check in process was fast and easy, assisted by receptionist staff Dian. Very friendly and helpful staffs at the hotel. Location is nearby ferry terminal, many eateries places and convenient stores. Room is spacious,clean with balcony. Breakfast was good, simple but sufficient enough variations to choose. Overall good stay with my group of friends. Will return again

Smooth check-in, staff is very professional n friendly. The room is fantastic, but the breakfast needs lots of improving

First time staying : Room is big enough with balcony I like ,only the balcony door need to do something on it coz there some gaps at upper door the toilet is big too and clean . Breakfast , various foods and nice taste Good experience, will recommend and come again.

Nice hotel to stay near ferry terminal will stay again

A beautiful place with a nice view of the sea. Room attached with a spacious balcony. Breakfast was great. And fresh eggs were cooked on the spot according to your wish and taste. Extended my stay for another day. Will definitely come back to this hotel again soon.

TERRIBLE!!! It was suppsee to be closed to perfect only when my last day in the hotel. I went for their spa and ate in the coffeeshop. I have to announce this with dismay because of the spa owner is very nice. My issue is i was PICK POCKETED and my bank cards and govenernment ID were STOLEN! The hotel saff dont seem to know whats their sop for lost items. I was just asking to report it and disseminate to everyone inside the hotel that i lost my cards and money. My very concern was my personal information. The hotel staff will just answer me back “tatao” frustrated me until the spa lady boss drove me to police station. POLICE station also a different traumatising story. My advise! Be EXTRA CAREFUL!!! Despite your intention is to help and enjoy thy self but i ended up traumatised down there. Hope KARMA will follow whatever I have HELPED with the money s/he stole or the thief will taste the BITTER consequences.
