Right cross the street from the transit center. Very good location for this college town and a tour to the monastery. Building is old and breakfast is mediocre. No free parking but plenty of street parking is available. However, it’s very dark on the street at night. My bumper hit the curve unfortunately .

Wifi wasn’t working. Floor was not firmly installed, makes noise. Door almost have no soundproofing, so u will hear noise from corridor. Breakfast cost 12€ per person, but lack of vegetables. Generally not satisfied with room rate.

是我第四次住該賓館。房間不大但乾淨整潔，還有小陽台。離皇家修道院走路4分鐘，周圍都是餐館，交通非常便利。

非常非常棒的酒店，房間外還有個專屬陽台，看景非常棒，早餐也很棒！酒店位置也非常好！

Grande, bonito, súper bien ubicado y todo impoluto. Lo único malo a destacar sería aparcar alrededor

We stayed 2 nights in order to visit the Palace of El Escorial. There is space to pull up a car to unload baggage, but no parking. Check-in was friendly and efficient. When we checked availability of facilities, the pool was closed, which didn't surprise us as the weather was still cool, but also the bar/cafeteria and restaurant were also not open. Very disappointing for a 4* hotel. We were able to find a street car parking place 2 roads away. We had requested a quiet room and were allocated a corner room at the end of the corridor, with a pleasant balcony. Our room was small and functional, but with no kettle or coffee-making and the bar/cafe not open we realised that we would have to go out for morning coffee. Admittedly, outside of the hotel's control, but the noise from the neighbouring room was intolerable both nights. (through to and beyond 2.00am). Seemingly the separating wall does not suppress the sound of conversation, shouting, moaning, screaming, music, TV, etc. We complained to the Manager at check- out that the facilities on offer were not at 4* level and, to be fair, she listened and made a reduction to our bill. All in all, a disappointing visit. Unable to recommend.

Very comfortable room nicely modernised. Brilliant position close to the Monastery. Great breakfast. The parking was very easy. They allowed you to unload outside the hotel and then go to the underground parking which the hotel had a discount for. There is no restaurant but the recommendations of where to eat in the village were great. Lovely reception staff who spoke excellent English

Hemos estado un fin de semana y tengo que decir que todo muy bien y sobre todo el personal de recepción q son muy agradable y serviciales si vuelvo al Escorial segúro que repito muy cerca del monasterio y de todos los bares y del crentro del pueblo

Coincido con otras opiniones que lo mejor de este hotel es el personal, siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier contratiempo y ayudar a sus Clientes. En especial Marcos y Rocío, que fueron con los que más trato tuvimos. Se veía buen ambiente entre los empleados y tuvieron varios detalles que harían que repitiéramos. Gracias a todos En cuanto al hotel, está bien situado y coincido también con otras opiniones que necesitaría una reforma para actualizarlo y mantener las 4 estrellas.

Fuimos en noche vieja, el hotel estaba lleno. La habitación que nos asignaron olía a alcantarilla, nos cambiaron a una suite en la que los sofás se desmontaban al sentarte y no estaban nada limpios, el baño tenía un jacuzzi al que era realmente arriesgado acceder ( estaba en una plataforma alta y sin nada a lo que sujetarse y no había plato de ducha. Solo hay Un solo ascensor para todo el hotel por lo que era imposible acceder a él ,la gente terminaba arrastrando las maletas por la escalera después de esperar inútilmente poder subirse. Lo mejor el personal, intentando solucionar y suplir las carencias de un hotel que no es lo que parece .

A distanza di 6 anni torniamo in questo albergo, ottimamente posizionato. Purtroppo le cose sono un po’ cambiate da allora… Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ma condizioni delle stanze decisamente peggiorate: muffa sul soffitto del bagno, pavimenti non ben puliti (appiccicavano), lenzuola non perfette, finestra che non chiudeva bene, porta del bagno in uno stato precario (a scorrimento: a volte non si chiudeva, a volte si apriva da sola, ecc), forte odore di fogna dallo scarico della doccia. Evidente la mancata manutenzione negli anni; peccato!

Acabo de llegar y hay clientes en este hotel que no deberían venir . Mientras hablaba con el recepcionista una persona venida de otra galaxia - Venezuela visión - ha interrumpido la conversación a su conveniencia y se ha permitido llamarme la gorda . Naturalmente , no española Ahora comprendo porque no tiene mejor puntuación . Tal vez deberían reformarlo , en algunos aspectos es caduco , y podrían tener una barrera de entrada a personas poco recomendables . Seguiremos informando .

Es un hotel bastante bien situado, a las afueras de San Lorenzo pero a un paseo corto de todas als atracciones turísticas. Se ve que ha conocido tiempos mejores, da la impresión de que fue un gran hotel en los 50 o 60. Ahora mismo no está mal, de hecho si Tripadvisor admitiese medios puntos le pondría un 3,5. La habitación es cómoda sin excesos. Como dice mi resumen, un hotel conveniente, podría repetir.
