Llegamos a última hora de la tarde y pensé que había bastante gente en la recepción el checking fue bastante rápido. El desayuno variado y completo. La relación con el precio que tiene la habitación es muy positiva. La habitación amplia y la ducha muy cómoda. Nos dieron una habitación con vistas al mar. Repetiré.

Brilliant hotel, great food. Drinks were nice, staff really friendly. Excellent value for money. We loved the toasties I make urself at the pool buffet. Definitely good value and great holiday. The entertainment was ok, rooms nice. Paintwork could do with a fresh lick but no complaints overall. There’s always something different for lunch and dinner, plenty of variety, the soup was great! Live chefs, loads of choices, you can’t go wrong. Authentic French breakfast croissants! Amazing.

This is probably the worst hotel we have stayed in in over 40 years of holidays. Seriously under staffed,Food hygiene awful,flies in the dining room. In the room found 2 stains on the bed cover we left it till the next day to give them chance to change it, thought they had but had just turned the duvet over!! It was not changed for the whole week. The main restaurant is a works canteen, regimented tables in lines with no room between them to get past safely. Very hot and uncomfortable gir eating. The food was at best aired and very little variety, tables left uncleared due to lack of staff if you sat at a set table for 4 we were asked to move to one set for the three of us. Lack of cups and saucers, people were drinking hot drinks from glasses. Although the swimming pools were nice they are 1.80 metres deep not suitable for short people or non swimmers. The eco drinks system was bizarre, you are given wooden tokens to exchange for a plastic glass for daytime and redeem it when you return them. We were never asked for the token, but given more when we returned the ones we were using. The lifeguard had several of the plastic beakers, but he just put them in the bin. The snack bar open 11.00 to 1.00 and them 3.00 to 7.00 when the restaurant is closed. Food put out at 11.00 and left all day. If you went at 3.00 everything was cold, food covered except for bread and buns which was curling up and covered in flies. It was for all inclusive or you paid 12 euros for food, there was no one there, so anybody just helped themselves taking plates out around the pools, even though its forbidden for safety. We took a plate out one day and was stopped, fair enough. However a short time later the lifeguard was seen talking to someone with a burger etc and just let him carry on around the poll with it. Others were stopped from taking out cellophane wrapped biscuits and muffins out. There were never any staff there to get a beaker with your token, so you couldn't get a drink. I told one of the management staff the ice creams were stuck to the bottom of the freezer and has gone a rancid yellow. Their solution was just to pile more on top and not clean it out. The people worthy of a mention are the bar staff who doubled as restaurant staff, they worked like like trousers and certainly earned their money. On mentioning lack of staff at reception we were told they only employed more staff when they were busy!! I could go on but make you own mind up if you want to go there. Everyone we spoke to said they would not return.

The hotel was excellent, very clean and the beds so comfy. Wish I had got the name of the mattress. Was disappointed that there were no tea making facilities in room but not the end of the world. The buffet dining room was very busy and very noisy but had a good and varied selection. The staff were hardworking and friendly. I would definitely return if holidaying in the area in future.

Very clean hotel, the cleaners never stopped, all staff were friendly. Food did get a bit repetitive, but there was a good selection to choose from. Most of the guests were spanish (maybe a Spanish type Butlins to them) The quiet pool area was a bit of a let down, needed tidying up a bit. The main pool was better, had toilets, bar, music and a lot of seating area. Getting served at the bar sometimes took a while, they needed more staff. Snack bar only seemed to do paper bags of crisps and pots of icecream. The drink selection for all inclusive was great, and they were strong drinks. Not a lot to do in the area, so if you're looking for a quiet holiday lounging by the pool or on the beach this is for you. There's a fantastic tapas bar a few minutes walk away " F*cking Lord Johns" huge portions, super cheap and super tasty. Entertainment was great, they put in 100% effort every night. Great holiday.

First time to mainland Spain, stayed here for a week on an all inclusive basis. There were only three negatives about this hotel: 1) no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room (you can hire a kettle) 2) food was repetitive with limited hot meat choices. 3) The pillows are quite hard, not great for the neck! The positives far outweigh this though, the hotel is immaculately clean, rooms cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfy. Pools and pool areas spotless. Public toilets very clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating even if they were unable to speak English (this is a predominately Spanish tourist hotel). The hotel is well suited for wheelchair users and disabled people, having lifts and ramps to all areas. One of the pools has a beach entry (slope). The area: there are a few tapas bars and some tourist shops around but you are a few miles for the main centre. The sea is very choppy and rough, not suitable really for swimming due to how windy it is there. The wind is chilly this time of year (middle may) so bring warm clothes for the morning and evening. I can imagine that the wind is a welcome relief in the summer months though. All in all I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxed chilled getaway and not looking to venture.

I will start with the good points. The view from our room was amazing sea view as well as pool view. Rooms the cleaned daily beds were very comfortable maids very nice always said hello with a smile. Pool bar area was also good plenty of tables and chairs friendly bar staff who would have a little banter with you. plenty of sun loungers around the pools. now for the negative points. the staff on the reception were useless we was supposedley in a superior double room which had little storage mostly lived out of our cases we messaged jet 2 rep who was also useless. I wish i could remember the girls name on reception she was not a nice person just wanted us to upgrade at a cost of 40 euros a night for a junior suite which obviously we was all inclusive so didnt bring enough to cover a upgrade and yesterday 21st may our last day we checked ot at midday and she cut my band off we was not being picked up till 6pm so was not able to have food in the restuarant in the saying that the food was not the best. in a nutshell would not stay here again Entertainment was not good either all in spanish when i asked about this i got a message saying please note daytime and evening entertainment and activitities will be predominantly in spanish

Had a wonderful time with family, needed a gateway and this was perfect. The resort was amazing, the weather was perfect and all we did was sit by the pool and catch the sun.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and the pleasant stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.We could have a huge variety of options for our food and our rooms was spotless.It made my few weeks holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and come back soon again .

Stayed for 7 nights all inclusive. Room and hotel was clean and staff friendly. However, the food is awful! Cold and undercooked not a lot of variety not happy at all. Location was rubbish not a lot to do either. Wouldn’t recommend for under 50’s

Exceeded my expectations. This area is where the Spanish holiday so if you're looking for lots of tourists, this is not the place for you. The area is beautiful and largely unspoilt. Very well looked after community. The hotel was just perfect. Rooms were comfortable, clean and very spacious. Only negative, and its a very small one, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, but there was a fridge, air con, comfy twin beds, toiletries, hairdryer, walk in shower, bidet, sofas, tv and balcony. In room safe was €3 per day. My sea view room overlooked the pool area and beach, absolute perfection. The hotel is immaculately clean, very well looked after and very well ran. The staff work extremely hard and always have a smile and great attitude. The food was varied, plentiful, well cooked and delicious. I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel and would love to revisit. There are 2 pools, one playing music all day, next to the bar area, with childrens pool and the other side of hotel is a quite pool area. Direct, immaculate beach access with a promenade which stretches for miles. Fly to Almeria and the private transfer is approx 30 mins. You can get public bus to Almeria then a bus to right outside the hotel, although not sure how long this would take. Overall a perfect 5 nights, all inclusive for my first solo trip. I will definitely return.
