房間訂的大床房，設施比較新，床頭的燈也很有創意，還有一個露天陽台。酒店位置就在南山竹海A區停車場裏面，步行去南山竹海景區和御水温泉都非常方便。大床房兩個人剛好，我們帶了一個三歲小朋友稍稍有點擠。房間桌子太矮，也沒有椅子，我們帶的東西多就沒有地方放；另外插座也有點少，電視那一排牆面一個插座都沒有；床底絮絮較多，建議後續加強衞生。

週五決定週末出去玩不在家待着，然後安吉、莫干山、湖州都攻略了一遍腦子都快燒壞了，週六早上起來還沒想好去哪兒，爸爸説就隨便來個近點的溧陽吧，説走就走，哪裡有房就去哪兒，算是盲選的住處，整體還算不錯，直接導航到高山崗飯店吃個午飯，沒想到就是酒店一家的，菜燒的很好吃，食材很新鮮，在預製菜橫行的當下能吃到這樣現炒還又新鮮的真的越來越難得了，吃完外面太熱就上去住處休息了一下，四點多出發去了前台小姐姐推薦的深溪芥村，沒有去網紅的溯溪點和咖啡店，找了個水庫，水被曬的熱乎乎的，不用擔心小朋友受涼，小朋友玩的很開心，玩完回住處泳池裡繼續玩水，晚上點了特色砂鍋魚頭，超大一份，很好吃，酒足飯飽到大浴缸裏泡泡澡美美睡一覺，第二天睡到自然醒，吃完早餐出發南山竹海，前台小姐姐有着多年的導遊經驗，很貼心的給出行建議，天氣太熱，怕小朋友吃不消，最終我們安排的是半程，單程小火車到達壽星廣場然後步行下來，沿途玩玩水逗逗鳥吃點東西，總之就是場小朋友玩水之旅，累是真的累，但是不妨礙小朋友開心！

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Very nice scenery and nice decor. Food pretty decent, nice and friendly staff. Not too far from the hot springs- no problem to get there by Didi. Felt a little sad for the cats. And the pool was very dirty.

Nice hotel with tidy, spacious, and modern rooms. Breakfast time ends too early at 9:30 am and has limited selection but still okay.

Well-designed and clean local inn. Extremely close to the YuShui hot springs. Friendly staff. Great price and cozy local feel.

房間床很舒服，有浴缸，有茶葉，小院安靜，樓下一堆兔子和雞，每天早上都被鳥叫醒，離着竹海特別近吃飯非常方便，最主要的是老闆是服務真的很好，有求必應，早餐也不錯，好評！
