Very good hotel

Very nice hotel and the people are great. And they do very well to do your request to the best they can. If you got anything real special is after make the reservation is call them to make sure. They were great with us.

Property/Room was clean and comfortable. Very accommodating. Pet friendly. Staff was available and professional. Great location. Newly renovated.

Nice all around. Good location for foods and shopping. Over-all clean and in decent repair. I was in a corner room so lots of extra noise which upset my puppy throughout the night. Water pressure was fair. I prefer stronger. Other than that i really enjoyed my stay and will be there again!

Nice place, a lot of space in the room, very modern and nice. I thought the traffic outside was going to keep us awake but it died off at the right time. The Two Chicks restraunt was fantastic.

We stayed at the Aiden South Reno on a recent ski trip. The hotel is basic, but clean with some updates like elevators and renovated rooms. In all, this was a comfortable place to stay in a good location. The only thing that needs improvement is the in-room entertainment. The TV max volume was very low (we had to use my laptop speakers to watch Netflix) and the TV guide had no guide data so you couldn't tell what shows were on. One way that the Aiden exceeded our expectations was in the breakfast options - Two Chicks is a *fantastic* breakfast/brunch place. It was so good, we would consider driving when staying in Reno there even if we were not staying at the Aiden.

I selected Aiden Best Western based upon proximity to Quail Surgical Center.

Pleasantly surprised with the nice facilities and room. Would be curious what the pool area is like in the summer since it's winter and all closed up. Only negative was being able to hear people outside easily. The bar area was clean and nice. The staff very friendly.

It was new and clean. Basic. Good price.

Save your money and opt for Motel 6 or any other budget motel; you’ll likely get the same amenities without the hefty price tag associated with this overpriced option.

Update: these pics were taken 2 days after, I went to the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics. Please check the room before hand. The Room was good and had all the amenities but when I woke up on the day we were checking out, I had a bunch of bite marks over my hands and neck. They were itching profusely and I saw a few small bugs on the pillow. I quickly took my clothing away that was near my bed. I informed the front desk. The staff stated she would lock up the room at this time. Despite the room being in a good location and the staff being friendly, I wasn’t offered any more assistance or refund of any kind, and it really made my experience not so great. I understand that it may not be their fault but at the end of the day, it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation.
