Everything was nice. Location is super good

比較乾淨整潔，酒店位置非常優越，樓下有一個dia超市，地鐵站1號線2號線3號線衹要步行幾分鐘即可到達。

位置很好，離地鐵站和景點很近。購物方便，出門拐彎就有大超市。衞生乾淨，服務好。

這個作為轉機過夜湊合的，價格低所以設施要有預期。 但是服務雀食還行，早餐也比預料好。雖然沒滿分，對行路人還是可以試試。

Très bien situé, propre

This hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. It was more difficult to check in after hours, as the main entrance was in a dark alley. Also, there was no sign as to how to check in and when we pressed the first buzzer, no one answered. We tried another buzzer, and they did let us in, but it is not well labelled to know which button/buzzer you choose for the hostel. The breakfast had good choices and was a good value. It was centrally located and was a short walk to the main square. Other main attractions were within a 30 minute walk. The only negative was that the room was too warm and there was no way to adjust the room temperature. It does look like they had an air conditioner for the summertime, but it was not useable in the winter. It did have a patio but overlooked alley abs was too noisy to leave door open

This place looks clean the only problem the wall is thin that u can hear anyone, and whats worse they never change the bedsheet! i have bedbugs all over my legs. never go back here!

We’ve had a wonderful stay, staff are helpful & pleasant. We’ve enjoyed the location to everything within walking distance. Very quiet and great breakfast!!!!

Difficult to navigate narrow streets, drop bags, and find parking garage in very congested area, but staff was very helpful and they renovated our bed from two older twins to a large double bed during our stay.

Such an amazing hostel. Friendly staff. Great location. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend. We were able to go to the roof terrance to have a look, which was great.

We loved the place. Only few blocks away from the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol and the metro. Multiple grocery stores and shopping stores around. There’s a gym on the ground floor. Cafe and restos beside the hotel as well. Accessible to everything. The A/C works really good. Place was very clean and we got new towels everyday. Easy check-in. We loved our veranda, it overlooks the busy streets but it was suprisingly quiet at night. Never had an issue with the noise. Staff was really friendly. It was a good stay. I highly recommend the place! It was a hostal but the amenities were hotel at par. Bed was very comfortable and so were the beddings. It was 15 mins from Madrid central station. But metro is just few blocks away. We left our luggage at reception for free before we left the city.
