Cố ý đặt phòng khách sạn này cho Universal Studio Bắc Kinh. Nhìn chung là tốt và sạch sẽ! Khách sạn theo chủ đề cà phê và họ đã pha chế cà phê thủ công để chúng tôi uống tại phòng và hương vị rất ngon! Kích thước phòng được coi là đủ lớn cho cặp đôi. Khách sạn đã cung cấp dịch vụ xe đưa đón cho khách hàng vào buổi sáng và buổi tối.

Mình thấy giao thông thuận tiện nhưng đi đâu cũng bất tiện, ra ga tàu điện ngầm phải gọi xe! Có xây dựng đang diễn ra ở tầng dưới và xung quanh! Không có cửa hàng tiện lợi xung quanh… Bữa sáng chỉ có một món đơn giản, vài cái bánh bao, trứng hộp tiện lợi + sữa đậu nành, tôi không ăn, tôi đến McDonald's... Khách sạn nói có xe đón trả công viên nhưng mình không thấy đâu cả! Điều đáng nói là người phụ nữ cao với mái tóc dài và khuôn mặt tròn ở quầy lễ tân thực sự không phù hợp với quầy lễ tân. Vào ngày đầu tiên, tôi đã yêu cầu một thẻ điện và được thông báo rằng phòng không đầy đủ! Không muốn làm thì cứ nói, lý do mà anh tìm rất khó chấp nhận! Sau đó, tôi hỏi về các phương tiện đi đến công viên, và một cô gái trẻ nhẹ nhàng nói rằng tôi phải đợi, nếu đông người thì tôi phải xếp hàng, kết quả là các cô bước đến và nói: Có quá nhiều hàng đợi, và tôi không thể ngồi được nữa! Tôi nhìn xung quanh cũng không thấy mấy người muốn bắt xe, cũng không biết quy định bắt xe là như thế nào, dù sao xe hơn 20 tệ cũng không sao. Nhưng tôi nghĩ cô gái trẻ này cần học kỹ năng giao tiếp! The hotel was close to the universal land and they offered a free shuttle service. The Room was clean and nice. However the view was a bit too close for my taste

They got a shuttle bus to BeiJing USS. The hotel is super clean. Their service is great.

Too bad service. Didn’t even tried to call cab from the front desk. They said to get the taxi from the door but eventually there were none. Even we were out of our room for 7 hours there were no room service but after we have arrived and trying to get some sleep around 20.30 in the evening room service lady just started to shout for that stupid service we needed earlier. The walls were thin so that we could hear others snoring. Total disaster. Shall never ever come to this dump.

It was great!, the hotel lobby was very clean and it made me feel like a rich lady hha, the design of the hotel was spectacular!, looks greater in real life than in the pictures, the room we booked was very clean and luxurious. The free shuttle bus to Universal Studios was very easy to sign up for.

Our stay at this hotel was average. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was nothing particularly memorable about our experience. The staff was friendly, but we encountered some issues with the amenities not being properly maintained. Overall, it was an okay stay but nothing exceptional

This is suitable hotel for young people or couple cuz price is possible. It is a good point as the location is so close to Universal Studios. The interior design of hotels is quite elegant and European-like. We also enjoy the free hand-drip coffee. The soundproofing in the rooms can be poor at times, and other visitors often very noisy early in the morning and late at night.

The hotel's retro decor is wonderful! Loved It! The bed is the most comfortable I've slept in for a while. It was close to Universal studios and the hotel offers a shuttle to and from Universal once a day. The free coffee was a great perk, although though it isn't offered, you need to ask for it, and the lady behind the desk was a little reluctant to make it for us on our second day there.😅 Over all I would recommend it and I would stay again.

Went to Universal Studios and this hotel is one of the closest one. Accessible via didi/taxi and it wasn’t really that bad for the price. The only problem is that, we got a room without a window, other than that, everything was fine. Recommended for budget travelers.

Everything was good. Especially the free bus to and from universal resort. I am really satisfied with the hotel but the last moment when i was checking out the hotel worker asked me to show him my booking and when i showed it to him he grabbed my phone which is a personal item and opened the review section and started rating and writing a review while i was telling him to give my phone back and he would not listen. Finally i got my phone back but i was super stressed and anxious. It left a bad impression. The hotel workers should keep their distance and respect the guest privacy and space. But the man behavious was offensive and frightening.

It was a good choice if you’re planning to spend 1.5-2 days at universal studios. It is very close to the universal and beijing international capital airport as well.

Everything in the hotel was super clean. I would love to recommend this hotel if your plan includes going to "Universal Studios", otherwise the location is quite far from the city center.
