Overall stay at the Fortune Courtyard Hotel Khaoyai was good. Though breakfast was simple but good enough for us. Stuffs of the hotel was very friendly & courtesies. Value for money.

All good but we were disappointed with the management where we had email informing we need a packed breakfast to-go as we have very early flight next day and we informed them again during checkin. The message didnt pass to their team. End up we didnt get the breakfast pack as our booking is included breakfast. But we saw other guest breakfast packets at the counter. Very disappointed and will not come back

Very good hotel at Khaoyai national park, it was impressive starting from hotel reception during checked in, very clean and quiet room, varieties food for breakfast, however it would be much much better for the checked out if reception paid attention instead of busy with her face make up in the morning. It is just for the improvement of the hotel while all other staff and manager have performed their good job.

Hotel location is good, close famous cafe and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is spacious separate living room and bedroom with hop & hood. Cleanliness is not that good stain in toilet dust& hair in room. Breakfast is delicious, but not various. Overall is satisfactory, good hotel.
