Ga trải giường không sạch, sàn nhà không sạch. Máy lạnh ồn ào. Gió biển rất tuyệt, sẽ thật tuyệt nếu họ đặt vài chiếc ghế ở ban công để tận hưởng làn gió. Phong cảnh từ ban công thật tuyệt vời và bãi biển nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ.

I recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was — perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. One of the best parts is its prime location, just a short walking distance to the beach, which made morning strolls and evening sunsets effortlessly enjoyable. The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including pools with fun water slides that my kids absolutely loved. Another plus point is the abundance of eateries right outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of local and international food options. However, one area that could be improved is the lighting in the apartment. The lights were quite dim at night, especially in the hall. A single white fluorescent light would make a big difference and enhance the comfort of the space. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — convenient, family-friendly, and ideally located. I’d definitely return, especially if the lighting issue is addressed.

Dear Trip.com Support Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at AnCasa Resort Port Dickson booked through your platform. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and the property’s condition and service were shockingly misrepresented on your website. ### **1. Fraudulent Listing & False Advertising** - The photos and amenities advertised on Trip.com were completely fake. I paid extra for a room with a "sea-side view" and a balcony, but upon arrival, I was told the pictures were "just for show" and was asked to pay an additional 100 MYR to upgrade. This is blatant deception. - The actual room was nothing like the listing: no balcony, no proper windows, and no sea view—just a dirty, cramped space that resembled an abandoned home rather than a hotel. ### **2. Disgusting Room Conditions** - **Filthy & Unmaintained:** The room was sticky, dusty, and reeked of mildew. The walls looked like they hadn’t been painted since 1920, and the blankets were stained. - **Mosquito Infestation & No Basic Amenities:** No sleepers, toothpaste, brush, or even a charging port were provided. The air conditioner was clogged with dust, and the washroom tap was broken—literally coming off when touched. - **No Hygiene Standards:** No bathroom mat, slippers, or hairdryer. Walking barefoot was impossible due to the grimy floor. ### **3. Terrible Service & Staff Attitude** - Despite multiple requests, the reception refused to provide even basic items like slippers or an extension cord for charging my phone. Their response? *"Go buy it yourself."* - After demanding to see the room I actually paid for, they made me wait **40 minutes** (not the promised "5 minutes") and still failed to deliver. ### **4. Demand for Immediate Action** This is not just poor service—it’s a **scam**. Trip.com must: 1. **Refund me fully** for the fraudulent listing and extra charges. 2. **Investigate this property** and remove it from your platform to protect future customers. 3. **Compensate me** for the distress and wasted time. I have stayed in many hotels worldwide, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If Trip.com fails to take serious action, I will escalate this matter through consumer protection agencies, social media, and travel forums to warn others. I expect a prompt resolution. Please respond within **48 hours** with your plan to address this.

The apartment was clean and smells clean and nice. Lovely view of sunset from the balcony. The Guest service was excellent. A bit crowded due to the long weekend but it was worth it and value for money.

Recommended. We did various activities during our stay at this hotel. Love it the fire show.

Nice hotel for family trip. The rooms are spacious, and clean. The teluk kemang beach is just a walk away with many food stalls nearby. You can also rent the court to play pickle ball with your family.

The stay is spacious. The staff is friendly. The breakfast food is nice.

Where do I even start? First of all, upon arrival, there was no clear direction to the reception — extremely confusing. I’ve never had such a bad experience before. When I finally reached the lobby, I asked one of the staff if our unit was accessible, as my mum is in a wheelchair. He said yes, but in reality, we had to take the car again and drive over to another lobby. When we arrived at that lobby, the situation was a nightmare: water leaking from pipes, a mess everywhere, and only one lift working due to maintenance. On a weekend, with so many guests and my mum in a wheelchair, this was absolutely unacceptable. Then, when we got into the unit, things got worse. The room had an unpleasant smell, the floor was sticky and oily, the balcony was full of bird droppings, and the aircond couldn’t even be adjusted. The soap dispenser was empty, never refilled. And worst of all — roaches. Not one, not two, but three cockroaches in the unit! For RM600 per night, this is unacceptable. Honestly, I would’ve been better off staying in KL at a proper luxury hotel. This was a complete waste of money, and frankly, you shouldn’t even be operating in this condition.

Pool under renovation. Check in time hopefully can be early at 2pm and check out can be 1 pm. Tq
