locate in the middle of the island, but the transportation is not that good, nearly all travel agency ask for an extra fare, which cost us 600 baht more. the environment is artificial but natural.

With giant lotus lillies surrounding the entire cafe 🪷IG worthy spot ❤️their food was lovely and quite affordable. They also offer drone photo-taking services too !😍We paid about ¥396 (for 8 pictures & 4 poses) they will airdrop to your phone !Love their Thai massage 💆♀️ . It’s totally worth the visit and you can take as many cute shots as you want.Also there is an accommodation there . Definitely worth recommending ❤️To friends and family.

Its an “instagram” hotel due to the in-house cafe and giant Lilly pads but honestly the highlight was the actual hotel itself, I wish I had stayed longer. There’s a nostalgic feel to the hotel, I had a poolside room so it was lovely to wake up with a view. The restaurant overlooks the water and can get front row seats of everyone taking their pictures, it’s cute and equally chaotic but if you’re staying the night or at the cafe don’t be shy lean into the hype and get your pictures/videos taken it’s a cute memory!

Hotel was nice but everything is mostly just for attraction of the tourists. Food is expensive and not really worth it as they don’t have a lot of options and also the portions are really small. If you are passing by just to take photos then that’s only the main part that’s worth about it .

Good location for taking pictures. Its more or less an (artificial) tourist atraction, with high prices, and unfriendy and unflexible reception service. The hotel does not pay much attention to maintain their outdoor pool so we decided to not go swimming as of the questionable water quality. There is no need to visit this place for a second time.

Prices are really good for this time of the year. Services is not included in the prices at all. Feels like Airbnb plus very rude waitress at Ma Doo Bua Cafè. I’ll not recommend any friends to stay here after this holiday.

We extended our stay for 2 more nights in a pool view villa. It was very comfortable. The stuff very friendly. We could check in after breakfast at 9:30 because the villa was already prepared. Thank you for early check in. The breakfast was ok, but like before some dishes were cold. The instructions for the instagram picture ladies were not comfortable. The whole day you hear „one two three …“ But it is a instagram hotspot and we knew it before. The hotel, the garden and the lake with the big lilians are very nice and the atmosphere at breakfast is very nice, when you don’t have a loud Chinese group around you. At 9am it’s open for instagram girls and then it’s no more quiet. It’s a pity. Restaurants are near. We recommend the Hot pot and BBW just cross the Main Street. If you want a very good manicure or pedicure, it’s a professional shop also just cross the mainstreet. We enjoyed our stay very much 4 days long. Thank you the team!!! Josef & Pim

This place is super awesome 👌🏽. I've never felt like i under paid for a place such as this.

So many things to note. This hotel is truly focused on the instagram aesthetic. And purely focus on day visitors more than people who have booked there. Spent one night here (thankfully) all because I wanted to also get the famous instagram pictures. My request was not prioritized at all. Was told I had to pay cash and go to an atm that is 2km from the hotel, which was completely absurd. Later on they came to me “trying to accommodate me” …allowed me to pay by card, rain interfered but received my shoot eventually. Ordering room service is a nightmare. They cater so much for people who are day visitors more than ones who have booked. Was told they are under staffed and I need to come to the restaurant instead (which I did not) Minimal service in the room itself, only 2 bottles of water, coffee & tea. Do sense abit of racism as a person of color, but not much will be said. Truly disheartening as this place is really serene and nice but you don’t enjoy the atmosphere at all because as a guest you are not prioritized or seen. Not feeling welcomed. Paid for a late checkout as my flight was later in the evening, had to pay an extra 900baht for 4-6hrs. No one to help you with luggage. Everything is cringe! But what was I expecting… The only think I did was enjoy as the massage I got before checkin. (Full body Thai massage- 900baht).

Nice hotel clean room and good food

This property seems to have suffered from over-tourism from their popular insta-worthy cafe. As such the staff are rude and treat those that are staying at the hotel as second class citizens. We were pressed to pay food bills in the middle of eating the dish, the breakfast is not their usual menu but very old bread and over-fried leftovers from the night before and bad coffee, the staff behave as if you are an inconvenience taking up precious table space for their bus loads of tourists and they clear away the plates whilst you are still eating the food on them. One key was lost and despite the 500 baht lost key deposit and being told by staff it costs 500 baht to replace we are then later told we must pay 2500 baht! The staff were really disappointing and perhaps have become that way due to experiencing numerous and possibly rude visitors on a daily basis. My friends visited for a meal yesterday and faced the same service issues. We stayed five days and regret it due to the staff who really do not care. The rooms are a good size and clean with balcony, the issues are all to do with the staff. The pool is nice too but some building work happening, no bar or towel service but a couple of staff taking photos of people on the boat in the lily pond. I used to live in Phuket so I know the cafe well. If I realized it had changed so much, I would have got room only so that we were treated like a proper customer at the restaurant. I would like to forget it now and won’t go there again.
