Khách sạn sạch sẽ và giá cả phải chăng. Không có xe đưa đón sân bay nhưng có xe đưa đón đến khu vực bãi biển địa phương. Hồ bơi rộng đẹp.

Nơi rất đẹp, ấm cúng và sạch sẽ. Mình mới đặt 1 đêm, nhân viên lễ tân rất thân thiện, nhận phòng n***, có xe đưa đón tận tòa nhà của bạn. Cách sân bay 4 phút. Cảm ơn;)

Đó là một khách sạn chất lượng rất cao, giống như nhà của chúng tôi. nhưng người phục vụ đưa chúng tôi lên phòng đang xem một video trên mạng xã hội và điều này làm giảm chất lượng khách sạn đối với tôi

Nhìn chung, chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ thú vị tại Wyndham Royal Lee. Khách sạn còn khá mới và các phòng đều rộng rãi. Very close to the airport, and there are many small local restaurants around the area. You can try them with good price. The food is good anyway. The hotel staff are very nice. They offer good breakfast. There are scheduled services to take you to a near-by beach. Fairly clean. Not so many people. You can enjoy a happy time there.

The hotel located near the airport and nai yang beach. Huge complex with lake and green area. The studio is clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The swimming pool is clean and good for swimming as well. Breakfast is good. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you.

We stayed in this hotel many times. Environment is good. A very large hotel. Buffet is good for the price. They change at least few food everyday. Few staff can be rude sometimes. The hotel continues to be inflexible like the last time I stayed.

Nice design of the main lobby. Good gym. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. - Noticed a jumping see through bug on one bed. Suspicious stains on the sheets indicating potential infestation. Droppings. - Dead yellow ants noticed in the beds and a living one in the bathroom. - Rooms are disappointing and though there is a stove, there is no kitchenware. - Rooms are very far from the lobby with restaurant and from the entrance. Though they mentioned the golf cart was available for shuttle transport, there was never anyone at the desk of the B building to request it. Not ideal for elderly or those with mobility issues. - Inattentive personnel. - Swimming pool closed and empty without any prior notice given to guests. A shame when this was the very reason why we booked it. They allegedly said upon questioning that they had given us “alternatives”, however all that we received upon check in was “you cannot use the pool”. - Location: Close to airport (5 minutes drive and 21 minute walk). However the taxis and grabs cost minimum 300 bhat for a 5 minute drive. Free airport shuttle service available from hotel, but they told us that it was not in our booking. You have to request it at least one day in advance, which is not mentioned anywhere. - Disappointing breakfast. Positive was the lovely chef making omelettes. All in all, a disappointing experience for a 5 star hotel. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Close to airport, free shuttle bus to beach, can kill some time. Nice and clean room, only the pool is under maintainance

Highly recommended. It's so close to the airport, however I didn't hear any planes. The staff are so nice and very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, dishes changed daily. They have golf carts to ferry you around. Beautiful beach (Nai Yang) just a few mins down the road. I would stay again.

Clean rooms, kind staff, and a peaceful vibe near Naiyang Beach and Phuket Airport. A calm retreat just minutes from the airport—ideal for a quiet stay.

Stayed 1 night as it’s close to the airport. Overall is ok. Breakfast is not the best, no info about dishes, no allergy and dietary preferences info. As a pescatarian not the best experience. For the price is ok, but advertised better with nicer photos as it actually is

Nice pool, gym and rooms were a good standard - with small kitchen, sofa and balcony. Handy hotel if have a later arrival !

The location was not that close to the airport. You need to inform the front desk one day before if you want them to send to the airport. The facility itself was very big and our room was very far from the main building. The room smelled funny and there were insects crawling the floor at the lobby. Staffs were not friendly to provide us a service. Will never stay here again.
