This place was a lovely little find extremely happy with the rooms facilities and breakfast was great. My only whinge which wasn't anything to do with the hotel was the noise from the boxing stadium which sounds like your ringside this is continuous from 8:30pm to 11pm Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat & Sun so if this would be an issue for you bring earplugs or book another hotel.

Great location. Receptionist said she didnt see my booking and they dont work with trip.com anymore but when i told her i will contact the cus service my booking suddenly appears on her screen.

Best hotel in town.

Отель классный, завтраки супер, сотрудники молодцы, ночевали 2 ночи, тихо, спокойно, номера конечно уже не новые, как и сам отель , но для основных целей поспать спокойно и позавтракать рекомендуем!

เข้าใจได้ว่าโรงแรมต้องการจะประหยัด แต่ด้วยราคาที่ปรับขึ้นตาม demand ก็ควรปรับในเรื่องของการบริการด้วย ไฟในบริเวณ lobby เปิดแค่เพียงบ้างส่วน ไฟบริเวณ corridor ใช้ระบบ censored คือตะติดเมื่อเดินผ่าน เปิดลิฟต์มามืดมาก พนักงานที่ให้บริการก็มีจำกัด พนักงานต้อนรับมีแค่คนเดียว เมื่อทางโรงปรับราคาขึ้นแล้วควรปรับด้านบริการด้วย

Not to mention the bedbug droppings in the room and the sheets full of all kinds of filth despite this theft. Those who are going to go there on vacation should definitely not book this hotel. You will not get your money at the entrancAttention

Perhaps the nosiest hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying in the hotel is full of young guys and men looking for you know what in patong doors slamming through out the night had to check out early has I couldn’t handle it lost money as I paid upfront with that *********** onto the gym the hotties gym you could think off it sits on the top floor but is glass fronted both sides so the sun is for ever shining through the glass there is two AC units in the gym however there useless bed sheets stained in blood interconnected rooms so only a flimsy door separated the rooms as you may imagine you can hear everything and I mean everything so wished I looked here first before booking that den of a hotel and I stayed for over 2 weeks please take one’s advice and avoid this please seriously

So, we booked this hotel for 4 days, and the second day we went to Phi Phi Islands, and they, without our permission, took all of our stuff, took the passport in a locker, and put it out in the lobby. When I came in the evening and realized that I cannot go into the room, they changed my room, and they told me that all of your stuff is in the lobby, and after that, when I opened the locker, there was no my passport. They just took my documents and put it in the lobby for whole day. So, after that, they told me that it's okay. So, this is the worst hotel ever. Never go to that place. Also, you'll see the cockroaches with the size of your finger. Huge ones, not regular, huge ones. They changed two rooms, and in the two rooms, there were cockroaches. And, yeah,there is stinky, there is a food market, so it stinks there, and just please avoid this place.

THIS PLACE HAS COCKROACHES Calling this place a four star resort is a joke. When you report the cockroaches, they will come "check the room" by looking under the bed and behind the curtains. They'll look at the live cockroach you trapped and wash it down the drain. Then proceed to tell you that you're okay and that they will clean in the morning and then just leave you standing there in the cockroach-infested room. And then when you decide to check out a couple days early (because why on earth would I stay in a hotel where I'm killing baby cockroaches every few minutes), they will lie and say you never reported a problem and refuse to refund any of your money. Steer clear.

This is so disappointing hotel. It's my worst experience in all phuket. The rooms are more than 30 years old. The rooms are smelly with old materials. And the most worst thing is the staff specially the front disk and the receptionists. They are unprofessional and they try to charge the guest extra money more than the room stay. The staff are super rude and I don't know how they measure hospitality. I'm so disappointed on the staff manners and I can't believe this hotel is in Phuket. They are more near by hotel I checked in and they treat the guest with open arms and looking after comfort. The rooms are not clean with bad smell.
