TTài khoản kháchThe Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apartments actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

DDjohCLocation very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli… it’s pretty safe during my 4 day stays.
Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port.
Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is in a great location the big complaint was that wifi wasn’t working and first day i let front desk know and he said “ yes we know” and didn’t say if they would fix it or when. Then at night wifi still didn’t work and different front desk guy said to try in five or ten minutes still didn’t work. Then when we left the next day the front desk said it hasn’t worked for a month so very disappointed that they don’t let guests know this not try to resolve this. The room is clean and location is great but just dune expect ANY wifi

TTài khoản kháchLovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster.
Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner.
Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc.
Room was very clean and comfortable.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhCamera bella, peccato che si sentiva un odore sgradevole dal bagno che mi ha svegliato la mattina insieme al casino delle 7:30 che proveniva dalla sala colazione.
Il mio cappuccino non aveva un buon sapore , penso che il latte fosse perso.
Però tutto sommato non è male.
Ci ritornerei perché la posizione è super centrale es il design molto carino, però porterei con me un paio di tappi per le orecchie 🧐

@@alamarjiThe stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone .
For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator
There is air-conditioning, good noise isolation

LLizzi BrownThe B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.
