"The place is brand new. The lower part is dedicated to the common areas such as cafeteria, working space and conference room. The rooms are really spacious and well equipped. There are two bathrooms, lockers and a changing curtain. Very confortable and relaxed place."

"Sáng phải bắt chuyến bay nên tôi chọn chuyến gần sân bay, ra ga trung tâm bắt tàu cũng dễ vì buổi sáng chỉ phải đi bộ xuống dốc 30 phút và đường thì không. nguy hiểm thế! Và nếu thời tiết đẹp, con đường thực sự rất đẹp vào buổi sáng. Ngoài ra, vì cơ sở này mới được xây dựng gần đây nên phòng tắm sạch sẽ và ga trải giường cũng sạch sẽ. "Las habitaciones son muy lindas, están en una zona un poco alegada del centro pero sigue siendo una buena opcion si se saben manejar en transporte, la limpieza entiendo que la hacen cada 3 dias y esta bien no tuvimos problemas de ningun tipo todo funciona bien! Solo que a mi hermana le toco dormir en el sillón cama y pensamos que por lo menos tenia un colchón arriba para poder descansar a gusto pero no es muy duro pero durmió conmigo en la cama grande y no hubo problema! "Location very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli… it’s pretty safe during my 4 day stays. Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port. Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff."

"We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!"

"Lovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster. Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner. Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc. Room was very clean and comfortable."
