Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile! Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli, camere pulite e confortevoli, staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Posizione perfetta per esplorare la zona. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!

挺温馨，挺乾淨 但是網絡信號差，經常斷線。 不知道什麼原因，電腦無法連接上網，試了好多次，衹能使用自己的漫遊流量了.

Good location, close to beach, bars, shops and train/bus station. Breakfast was really good something for everybody and plentiful. We have stayed here before and will again. Room was simple but clean and we liked the fact that the windows opened. The staff were helpful and made you feel welcome.

You get what you pay for. An old fashioned clean hotel. Not noisy if you keep the windows shut but that is impossible when the air con doesn't work. close to train and bus station and central Pescara. No left luggage facilities- we would have been happy to pay. Staff are at best terse.One very small bottle of water for two guests- what a joke! Will be looking elsewhere next time

I had an amazing stay at Phi Hotel Ambra in Pescara! I was traveling alone and felt truly at home thanks to the incredibly warm and welcoming staff – it has a real family vibe. The cleanliness was spotless, and the included breakfast offered a huge variety to suit every taste. Everyone was always attentive, helpful, and full of great advice. The location is perfect, and the access to the private beach was just the cherry on top. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say – everything was perfect. A big thank you to the whole team!

Definitely NOT a Palace. Definitely not 3 and a half stars Let’s stay by saying this hotel Ambra Palace is definitely not a palace. I should have listened to the other reviewers. It’s a dump completely with rude staff at reception. Whilst Agoda (don’t get me started on them) and the hotel website boast about having airconditioning this is not the case. Well the rude gentleman first said there is no aircon but when he is shown it in writing on the website and on Agoda the story changes to ‘seasonally available’. Well not at certain times of the year anyway. 29 degrees during our stay but aircon already turned off for the year. The rude gentleman who lost the ability to speak English advised through his female colleagues that their website can’t be changed to define when aircon isn’t available. Nor apparently can it be changed on Agoda according to him. So bottom line no aircon year round, yet they advise there is. Unacceptable. Now the shower? Shall we talk about the fact the shower head won’t stay in place making it a hand held shower. Unacceptable. So back down to my friend on the counter and in fairness he does arrange a room change. But changing rooms is never fun. Shower should have been in working order. New room has twin beds. We need a double but who could be bothered complaining again. Small rooms with very dated furniture and dated bathrooms. Very thin walls and we heard fellow guests in next room all night. The solution on the second night was to leave the window open and listen to all the street noise. Breakfast was okay. Location was okay. Don’t go to this hotel. Listen to the reviews We will never be back to this ‘Palace’

The only good thing about the hotel is it’s location, the bad things… well, terrible customer service and rude reception, AC quality is very poor and switches off, rooms are dark and very congested hardly any room to move around. Bathrooms look like they haven’t been renovated since the 1980s and no toiletries are provided. Beds are not the comfiest neither are the pillows. Wifi didn’t work in rooms and the hotel has poor overall reception so messages won’t send and calls cannot be made. We stayed in many hotels all over Italy during our 7 day trip, which was one of the most amazing and breathtaking experiences of our lives, however this was genuinely the worst possible way to finish our holiday and resulted in us leaving in a sad way.

Ottima esperienza! Ci torneremo ! Personale cordiale, accogliente e preparato, alla reception ci hanno dato consigli per parcheggio, spiaggia e cena. Colazione abbondante e gustosa. Camere un po' datate ma molto pulite e letto comodissimo. Posizione perfetta, vicino a centro e spiaggia ma in una via secondaria quindi silenziosa .

ATTIVITÀ STORICA questo c'è scritto all' ingresso e così è..... arredamento e struttura vecchia (esclusa la sala colazioni) ottima la posizione, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima la colazione . Ristrutturatelo

Posizione centrale per visitare la splendida città di Terni, accoglienza molto cordiale e camere molto confortevoli. Lo consiglio!
