Hotel cercano al centro con parking gratuito. Muy bueno el postre del pan de Calatrava.

No me parece razonable que se desentienda de facilitar una factura con la excusa de que el pago se realiza a un intermediario. Si no la pueden hacer deben solucionarte lo con su mayorista. No es de recibo. Nunca volveré

From the reception to the bed it was very bad. Very slow check in with no information about the hotel or city. Restaurant closed. Not friendly area. Pillow were super hard and not cosy. You got the feeling to be in a dorm room with your neightbours. Noise until 2am. Then in the morning super slow check out without any concern. You add better option in the city center.

A very good one night stay on our journey from Santander to Almeria. Easy check in/check out, and a friendly helpful attitude from Javier on reception. The room was warm, the beds clean & comfortable and the extra touches of complimentary water and chocolates were appreciated. Although the location was in the quieter part of town it was only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor where many restaurants, bars and shops could be found.

I made a reservation for this hotel for 11th November. My plans changed and I could not go. The policy states I can cancel up to 00.01am on 11th November. Despite contacting the hotel they will not cancel my reservation and will charge me. ********** have also tried to contact the hotel and cancel it, but they have said I will get charged.

We was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.

Lovely hotel very near the centre of town. Very friendly helpful staff. One of the best hotel beds I have slept in and nice bathroom. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with lots of choice. We will definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean, so that’s a good start. However, even in November the room was boiling hot. I arrived at 20:30 and almost melted when I went into the room. I wondered why the air condition wasn’t turned on - soon realised it’s because it doesn’t work. In fact it blows only hot air, making the room even warmer. I had it on for 1,5 hours but gave up, it didn’t work at all, only made the room even hotter. Thankfully found out the windows open fully to the street. Was able to let some cool air in, but the traffic was very loud (my room was on the 1st floor). The rooms are not sound proof as advertised; I could hear my neighbours tv and talking/coughing, and there’s an obnoxious buzzing sound coming from somewhere that I can’t locate. Traffic noisy even with windows closed - probably better on higher floors? The shower is nice and the bath products are nice and smell good. Bed is thin and hard, not sure why others seem to rate it highly. Staff are friendly and the entrance of the hotel is nice but dated. Steer clear of the breakfast; coffee is undrinkable. Hotel is definitely not worthy of 4 stars. Maybe 3 on a good day. It’s okay-ish for maybe one night - but the fact that there is NO air condition in a country as hot as Spain, so the rooms are boiling even in November, is enough for me to not come back to this hotel.

Reserve 3 noches y por motivos de enfermedad de mi esposa tuvimos que marcharnos un día antes. Incluso aludiendo y presentado informe de urgencias tuve que pagar las 3 noches. Creo que ante una situación como esta podrían haber tenido un poco de consideración.

Nos gusto todo, desde la amabilidad de la mujer de recepción, el hotel precioso, la habitación muy grande bonita y el baño espectacular con una ducha hidromasage, te ponen el gel , champú y crema en botes grandes genial , ya que suelen dar sobres que no sirven para mucho....no falta detalles en la habitación, pero lo mejor de todo el desayuno, genial genial,había un montón de cosas y todas buenísimas, el comedor precioso

Me hospedé la noche antes de un examen de oposición. El 80% de los huéspedes eran opositores. Coincidió que esa noche había una graduación de chicos de la ESO y había música alta, cánticos, gente hablando por altavoces, palmadas...imposible descansar. Me quejé en reiteradas ocasiones a recepción, me aseguraron que lo trasladarían a dirección pero no hicieron nada. Solicité al menos que no utilizaran un altavoz a modo de karaoke que retumbaba en mi habitación, y nada, tuve que aguantar el dichoso altavoz hasta que terminaron. Priorizaron el derecho a divertirse de unos cuantos frente al derecho al descanso de muchos

Es un hotel grande cerca del centro ( se puede ir andando perfectamente). El parking es gratuito y cuando se llena en los alrededores también hay huecos gratis.Los trabajadores muy amables y simpáticos. En cuanto a la habitación nosotros tuvimos la que es apartamento y en perfectas condiciones . Por poner algún pero , un poco más de menaje y unas sábanas en la cama estaría bien. La restauración no la usamos aunque no entendimos porque la cafetería cerraba los findes cuando suele tener un mayor auge los hoteles. En líneas generales calidad -precio genial.
