The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

My 1st night room with sewer smell from plumbing defect. 2nd night manage to got another room. Hotel internet too slow as we leave in 1990's 🤨 Shoping mall nearby (Pekanbaru Xchange) not recommended as most of the shop closed. Have to walk to accrose busy road, Ciputra Mall.

A normal hotel. Room to room noise isolation is poor. I can hear the next door people snoring.

Hotel location is good. It has a mall in front and cik putra mall directly accross the road. Room is clean as seen in picture. Pillows are thin though.

Great location, near shopping malls and lots of restaurants. (Such as Padang restaurant and Satay Padang) Breakfast was good with a lot of nice local selections.

I had rashes on my ears after staying. Upon checking, Dr said might be dust mite. The sound proof is bad. When local community had event with loud speaker (from 9am - 11pm), the loud sound literally cause you can’t rest. When complained to reception, they can’t do anything.

Great value for money, will def repeat order here. The only issue is an elevator. 😌 Waiting an elevator is wasted apx 15-30 minutes.
