房間設施很好，有陽台，可以看到部分湖景，早餐不錯，麪包、酸奶、水果種類多，有室外游泳池和停車場，地理位置很好，緊鄰火車站，步行去市中心大約十多分鐘。

在火車站的北面，剛開始我們出站從南面出去了，結果發現走錯了。其實北面出口有直達電梯上去後步行即到。建築漂亮，房間也不錯，早餐豐富。

環境：酒店外部環境不錯，但是房間內部感覺有點陰森，配置的墻紙像上世紀 早餐：水果很豐富 位置：離火車站不到10分鐘路程 槽點：電梯設計的不合理，1樓居然沒辦法坐電梯，要拎行李上樓

Замечательный отель в нескольких минутах ходьбы от вокзала. Красивая зеленая территория с пальмами и чудесный открытый бассейн. Разнообразный завтрак. В следующий раз остановлюсь в нём же.

The hotel is convenient to the train station for easy travel to Lake Como, Milan, and the "Italian" Canton of Switerland. Rooms were clean, we had a slightly upgraded room with balcony overlooking the lake. Staff was attentive. Nice little breakfast buffet. The highlight is their outdoor restaurant and seating area for dinner. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Can be a bit of a hike walking into central Lugano...especially the way back, which is basically entirely uphill. But that's part of the charm of the city. Overall, good value and location especially if you plan to utilize the train while there.

This was our second stay in the hotel, and this time we got a Leisure double room in the main building. Room and bathroom were spotless and convenient. We had a nice view on the park with the beautiful palm trees. During our check-in, it felt more like a business hotel than a family hotel. Breakfast is excellent, many hot and cold choises. The staff here was friendly, besides one elderly guy that took his job a bit too seriously, and therefore he was on the brink of being rude. Location is excellent, near the central trainstation, and only minutes away from the cable car to the center of Lugano, with all the shops and restaurants. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice, the Grotto, which was very good. This time we did not use the pool, because of the weather (october). On the negative side: no coffee/tea facilities in the room.

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel because it was really close to the train station of Lugano. We were really surprised by this big complex, especially because it was located in the middle of a beautiful park. As soon as we arrived at the structure we saw that the receptionist knew a lot of languages, italian included. She was very welcoming and show us our room that was next to the hall at the ground floor. The furniture in the room was very modern and warm and house keeping service was very efficient. How to forget the fantastic international breakfast, with various high quality products. Getting to the city center and the wonderful lake was really easy (about 10-15 minutes walking) and subscribing to the Lugano card is convenient if you want to use public transports. I recommend this hotel to everyone because it made our holiday a pleasant experience.

What an amazing and unexpected property in a city. The hotel’s grounds felt like you were on an island. The hotel is beautiful and easily accessible from the train station. The room we had was on the 4th floor with a wonderful view of the lake. Bathroom came with soap, shampoo and hair dryer. We enjoyed time by the pool and took advantage of happy hour (1/2 price drinks and food). The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. It started our day with a good meal. Don’t skip it!!! The hotel staff was friendly and always nearby for questions. There is plenty of literature in the lobby to plan your day.

We plan our own trips and avoid the extreme high end priced places in favor of places that are more local in character. This hotel turned out perfect for us. Close walk to the train station, and a very spacious room on the top floor with an incredible view of Lake Lugano framed by the two peaks overlooking the town. The hotel itself has great amenities. Pool was very popular with guests, and the bar was always filled with fun. The bartender in particular was extremely friendly and fun, and all the staff made you feel welcome. The hotel grounds are also very nice, and we understand the hotel has been family owned for 100 plus years. We definitely would go back. Nice walk down to the old town, and a funicular for those wanting help getting back up. We hiked the 2 peaks framing the city each with a funicular for those wanting a ride. The ferries are great and buzz to places all around. Just a beautiful place. Italy in Switzerland.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and the standard has always been exceptional. From the Montarina Hostel next door to the top floor luxury room it never disappoints. The park garden is the inspiration for my garden design at home! If you want to be surrounded by towering palm trees, dappled light, an amazing outdoor pool and brilliant service, this is the place. I’d highly recommended the lake view rooms for your first experience of Lugano. It’s a very special place. Also breakfast is brilliant!

Hotel is very convenient as it’s an easy 10-15 min walk from the train station. Rooms in the annex as so so with some train noise as the train tracks are so close. Also check the prices before ordering. We ordered a few aperol spritz before seeing the menu and got hit with a bill of 80 CHF for the 4 we got before realizing how expensive those are here. Totally our fault as we should have checked the price before ordering, but quite surprising as we got some in town the day after and paid 8 CHF…

I spent two nights here 21st to 23rd of April. I booked a single room which is a real treat as not many hotels have these. This enables solo travellers like me (on this occasion) to get better value for money. Room 63 was small but perfect. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely view over the park/garden - see photo. The breakfast is pretty comprehensive and the service is polite and swift. Happy Hour in the bar was very good and I also had the unexpected pleasure of being able to listen to a recital on the second night. This was by Galina Vracheva (piano) and Anna Schweinberger (violin) and was complimentary. In the company of other guests, I listened to some amazing playing. What a treat! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

I am sure this hotel was once lovely, however its position is now blighted by the train station which is literally by its front door, the noise is very intrusive and the whole hotel felt it was past it's prime. We were in the main hotel but the rooms were poky, hardly room to move, no-where to put your suitcases, a view of a brick wall, ripped curtains, no toiletries to speak of and no water provided or any facilities at all, you could not make a coffee and there were not even cups to put your own water in. The towels were tiny, thin as paper and scratchy, probably the worst towels in a hotel I have ever come across! The food in the restaurant was good, breakfasts had ample choice for everyone. Staff very friendly, which was it's only saving grace, but there are better places to stay- we would not recommend.
