If you would like a good night’s sleep, this is not the hotel for you. Built mere feet from a busy roadway, you will hear traffic noise all night long. The AC fan is loud enough to drown out the noise - if only it would stay on. The folks above - who stomped in at 1 am and stomped back out at 5 am - were an added bonus. Why don’t I select a room on the top floor on the “quiet(er)” side of the hotel? I tried, checking in online in advance - but as usual this feature of the Hilton experience doesn’t work and I was re-assigned from my selected room. HHonors status not recognized.

The front desk clerk is very difficult to understand. The person in front of me could not understand him either. The real kicker was when we discovered we left a medical charging cable behind. My husband called to inquire about it. They insisted on speaking to me to confirm he was in the room even though we have the same uncommon name. They emailed directions to retrieve the cable which require sending a copy of his ID and his credit card front and back. Rather than risk identity theft, we opted to spend a large amount replacing the cord. These people seem very untrustworthy. Also , the breakfast is horrible. Hilton needs to check on this place!

The bed in my room had bedbugs and I got bitten several times on my feet and ankles when I was trying to sleep. Told front desk to sanitize room, launder or replace all bedding to prevent further infestation.

It was a great experience. My family and I enjoyed our stay and the way they made us feel as if we were at home. Highly recommended for you and your family if planning on taking a family trip are outing.

My husband and I flew in for the weekend to go to a Cowboys' game. We thought this would be a great hotel since we are Hilton Diamond members and the hotel is close to the stadium, but were we wrong! We didn't rent a car, since we were only coming in for the weekend and were relatively close to the stadium. The closest restaurant/bar is about 1 mile away, so had a hard time finding a rideshare (not worth it to most drivers to only drive 1 mile), but then were stuck walking in the dark to get food or drinks. The biggest disappointment, and honestly the reason for the one star is their lack of customer service. We were flying out Sunday, after the game and asked to store our bags at the hotel since we didn't have a car to store them in. We were told they did not have a storage room/closet and we would have to pay for another night, since we wouldn't be able to pick up our bags until about 3 hours after check-out. If you plan to stay here, I recommend renting a car and do not expect the customer service that is typical of Hilton properties.

One of Hiltons' newer brands. Nice, clean, interesting. Upgraded motel a cross between H2S and motel 6. Definitely upgraded. Quiet, quaint. Really charming property. Breakfast was okay. Did I say clean. Staff nice. It was graduation season quick in and out.

Rooms were clean, loved the quality of the towels, sheets, blankets. Definitely will go back. Even loved the Roku part of the TV. Had charging ports in the walls, which was awesome because I forgot my charger box. It’s the little things. Thanks again Hilton!!!!
