I booked one bedroom apartment 3 nights with daily housekeeping but the hotel said the booking wasn’t included housekeeping. 😟

Welcoming, clean and cosy :) beautiful pool to swim in if the weather was great

The service was satisfactory with interruption during check-in. The rooms were lacking in no menus or information on hotel and things to do. The lamps were broken and roughly repaired and dangerous. The queen size bed was 2 single beds pushed together which gave you a sore back from the lump down the middle. The room had one towel booked for two people. Really disappointing and lacked everything and poor condition. Sad to leave a bad revue.

The service was good. Hotel cleanliness was good. Amenities provided were good. Really enjoyed the stay at hotel. Recommend this place.

Affordable, clean and tidy and good location.

這個酒店的位置太好了！離火車站走路衹要二分鐘，另外Westfield Mall就在旁邊。所以去City或者悉尼的任何地方辦事都很方便。酒店前台很熱情，幫忙指路或者提供訊息，印象很好！

房間一般，沒人搞衞生的，去前台跟他們講了，他們説要一星期打掃一次衞生，浴巾要自己去拿的，房間沒有一次性用品

每次到悉尼都去這家酒店住 ，交通方便 購物方便 服務也很滿意

Close to train station and Westfield. Clean, tidy and needs a renovation of hallways and rooms to fresh it up. Stayed one night. Reception person was not very friendly or helpful. The person was not very interested and looked like they did not enjoy their job or was having a hard day.

Mantra Parramatta is a good and convenient place to stay very close to everything I always stay at Novotels but this time I gave a go to Mantra. I booked using my account but because I have to work from 7am to 7pm I put the booking under my wife name so she can check in early, after finishing work I meet my wife and gave he key card and we agree to meet for dinner so I can have a shower and leave my heavy bag at the hotel in the meant time she will look for a nice place for dinner after a long day and week, went to take the lift the key card did not work, went to the reception and with a rude manner the receptionist told me that she can't activate or check my key card because is under my wife's name the booking which I found reasonable, but what I found professional is the fact that she told me in the rude manner told me that I have to bring my wife so she can confirm that I am who claiming I am also at that moment a security guard moved close behind me, I went to look for my wife and she told me tell the receptionist to call me so I went back and she told me to call from my phone because abiously it was my account, my wife confirmed but my night and mood was already negative. I think it lacks of good customer service and people on the reception specially that lady that served me neds to trained to be more open minded and smart looks like the area around is not secure as you dont have a security guard at a regular hotel, desapointed yes very much

We used the hotel for a concert at Accor Stadium. It was close to the train station and had good parking. Unfortunately, the room smelt of smoke and the fittings and fixtures were old.

Access to trains for events at Olympic park. Great restaurant options within walking distance

Staff at check in were wonderful. The pool was lovely, the free ice cream and complimentary things were such sweet touches as well.
