SSarah GeedeeThis was a fantastic place to stay in Moab! It was just off of the Main Street, so it was quiet, but still close enough to walk everywhere. The little tiny house village was very cute and well appointed. Our unit was very well thought out, with any item you could need or want included, as well as outlets in convenient spaces for charging phones and such things. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend and definitely book here again.

DDavid MosherThis place rocks!! The location is amazing and the facilities are on point. It’s not very often that my wife asks me if we could stay an additional night and this was a place that we would have done this at if we didn’t have a tight schedule. The room and amenities were clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing. Auto pancake maker, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy were delicious along with the other breakfast items. I’ll be staying here next chance I get.

TTài khoản kháchNice, clean, newer hotel in Moab. They clearly run very lean because the desk wasn’t staffed at check in or check out time. Our room was nice, with in-room bike or gear storage (loved it). The room was modern and open with a nice bathroom and extra sink outside of the bathroom. Overall a very good experience, however I would not recommend the restaurant downstairs for anything other than coffee.

However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform.
After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details.
Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €.
This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details.
After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card.
I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out.
The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not.
On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again.
The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00.
I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card.
I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

TTài khoản kháchThis is the super 8 remodeled. Looks outdoorsy but the ”upgrades” are cheap. The problem we had is cleanliness. We pulled back the covers on both queen beds to find dog/cat/some kind of animal hair in both bed. We could also smell animal urine where (I'm guessing) an animal markes in the room. The front desk was happy to help us move rooms, which then had clumps of hair in the corners, including the shower and bathrooms. Final issue was the ”fridge” which is a cooler, but it turns out it's basically a deep freezer, so anything placed inside will freeze. Beds were comfortable.

MMaf VelázquezWe stayed there for three nights. It's conveniently located 15 min from the park, and right next to a supermarket and fuel station. Surrounded by good options to eat and drink if needed. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It has a small fridge and a microwave. There is a guest laundry that can be used ($2 per wash or dry). The staff was very friendly.

TTài khoản kháchThe check in was appalling. The receptionist must’ve taken classes in ‘couldn’t care’. Shame we interrupted whatever it was that was more important than providing a civil welcome to a couple of guests.
In contrast the breakfast and room cleaning staff were on a different level - brilliant service and friendly.
Sadly it’s the first impression that lasts - and being made to feel as though you’re a total inconvenience when you arrive is utterly crap.
