The hotel is located in the downtown Jackson Hole, which is 15 mins drive to the JAC airport and 15 mins to the Teton Village. The hotel is either brand new or newly renovated and the free roofed public parking is right on the opposite of the hotel, which save you $19 per night. The complimentary breakfast is provided daily and it’s quite nice. I like the hotel overall, except the cleanliness ☹️ I saw the trash (potato chips) and the water bottle cap left on the carpet near the side table which left from the previous tenants…

房間古色古香，大堂裏還有壁爐，火焰燒起來，感覺一下子温馨好多，酒店周邊環境也靈，有點像瑞士小鎮……很清凈很乾凈，值得推薦

房間非常寬敞，除了卧室還有客廳。我們三個成人入住一間房，客廳有梳化床，把靠墊和坐墊取下來就能把床拉出來，瞬間每個人一張1.5米大床。衣櫃裏有備用被子和毯子。酒店位置好，周圍各種餐廳酒吧零售店都可以步行。衞生很好。早餐就是典型西式，各種麪包酸奶水果。

Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location to the tour meeting point and airport shuttle bus.

Book a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference

傑克遜小鎮，使我意想不到，酒店在小鎮邊緣，距離鎮中心有點距離，但是酒店裝修也秉承小鎮風格，住着非常舒適，自在。黃石玩完後，這個小鎮應該必須待幾天，美國富人的眼光還是很獨到的。順帶給大家一個建議，在西黃石玩完後，再去大提頓國家公園，裏面有個酒店，如果訂不到，就作為必去景點，一定要去看看，待一會，保證讓你過癮。

Great venue and location. Restaurant bar was a nice option when we didn’t feel like heading out of the hotel. Easy access to everything and nicely out of the hustle and bustle of the square. OP
