NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhThe location of the hotel is by walking distance to attraction such as Chinggis Khan museum,Sukhbaatar square, Government Palace. Room is very spacious. Bathroom’s rainshower and headshower are excellent with strong water pressure. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and kind. Great view from the room overlooking a big local temple and houses on the hill.

DDrei TripLovely and great first impression of hotel. Location was great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better with more selection.It was my first time in Mongolia and I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel has a great location. Using the UBcab app, a taxi costs about two or three US dollars to get to the city center.
The hotel is located on the 11th to 13th floors, with a shopping mall and two floors of restaurants downstairs. However, most restaurants close around 7 PM, so you'll need to go to nearby restaurants.
Although the room is right next to the train tracks, there's no noise from midnight until 6 or 7 AM. Trains don't run frequently outside of these hours, so I, who's sensitive to noise, didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel.
We booked a quad room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated.
The two single beds were located in a dead corner of the room, and the comforter was too thick, so the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it a bit warm!
We saw two insects, which was a bit surprising!
The air conditioner malfunctioned for two consecutive nights. On the first night, the staff arrived and contacted someone else, and it was back to normal after about ten minutes. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working again (the screen didn't display the temperature), but it suddenly returned to normal after about ten minutes. I called the staff online, but it suddenly returned to normal. I hope the hotel addresses this issue!
We rented for four days and three nights. The room was serviced on the second day, but not on the third.
The young male receptionist at the front desk spoke good English and was very polite. He deserves our praise!

TTài khoản kháchIt is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless.
Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.
