Possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. Everything was perfect and attention to detail was paid by the staff everytime. Just remember to contact the hotel in advance if you require transfer from JR Toya to the hotel. There were plenty of games to play at the hotel and the view of the lake was amazing. The lounge area has a bar for those who are into alcohol. The room was spacious and super comfortable with high quality amenities provided. The private bath was also superb. There’s a coffee grinder and drip coffee maker which was an interesting experience. Breakfast and dinner were also very delicious with top notch ingredients. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend it to anyone staying here; if you visit even once, the 8-course experience is a must. Since there isn’t much around the area, choosing the hotel dinner is definitely the best option—and it’s worth it. The hotel itself is incredibly chill and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. They also provide a shuttle bus to nearby attractions, which makes getting around easy despite the quiet location. The views are beautiful, especially overlooking the surrounding nature, and every detail reflects top-notch service and genuine hospitality. Overall, a peaceful retreat with outstanding food, stunning views, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and be well taken care of.

When booking did not mention 10 years old kid need to pay additional 3000yen for bed sharing. Pricey compared to all my other hotel booking at Hokkaido. There is no water bottle provided, no amenties as well. All massage chair spoiled. Do not worth the price paid.
