The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it.
We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

I had such a great experience staying at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre! The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – I felt right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center.
The location couldn’t be better – it’s just a short walk to the Galleria Dallas, so there’s tons of shopping, dining, and things to do nearby. Plus, there are great dining options right in the hotel, which made it really convenient.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas. It’s a perfect spot for both business and leisure!

This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

VVallaSituated in a great location in the heart of the city in Downtown Houston with convenient access to the MetroLine Rail which is less than a 5 mins walking distance (Red line from Main Street and Green and Purple lines from Rusk Street). I was able to move around the city fairly easy.
For hotel facilities, I liked that there was a gym with free access, which included TV entertainment and a free-access laundry room with both washing machines and tumble dryers. There were drinking water fountains on each floor corridor for guests to refill on water and keep hydrated instead of requesting for more water bottles in their rooms. There were also vending machines available if preferred.
I was a little underwhelmed with the appearance of my first room. The weren't clean from the outside which affected my view. The bathroom mirrors were stained and the room space felt small even as a single guest. There was no mini fridge which I've found to be a hotel room standard and it would've been practical for storing cool drinks and snacks especially in the Texas summer heat. However, there was manually controlled air conditioning which helped. There was also no safe in my room for me to store my valuables and important travel documents which I found puzzling. Hence I requested a room change which the staff assisted me with. The second room was much better as it was a larger space which included an additional arm chair along with a small kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave and a wash-hand basin). The room was cleaner, however there was still no safe. When I enquired about it, I learnt that only some of the rooms have safes which is odd to not to be a feature in all the rooms, so I shared this feedback. Overall, the room decor was simplistic and suited towards business trip/travellers which I didn't mind. However, the rooms could be refurbished to look more modern and minimalist.
The staff were okay. They were helpful in assisting me with a room change when I wasn't happy but I didn't feel like I received exceptional customer service from any particular individual. Upon arriving, I didn't feel properly welcomed and informed about the facilities and a few staff members came across a little nonchalant in addressing queries and issues. For example, I requested a mini fridge to be added to my first room on day 1 which was meant to arrive the same day but instead arrived at my new room the following day when I made the room request showing a slow response time for when I actually needed it. Also my checkout process was very quick and I was informed that my deposit would return to my original payment card within 5 working days which did not happen and I had to follow up with manager who said he would email me to check in on the progress of the refund but I never received any further communication. I had to raise the issue with card provider who told me the the payment was marked as a pending refundable deposit and should the hotel not confirm my refund, then it would automatically be refunded back to my account after 30 days. It was extremely frustrating having to wait an entire month to receive a deposit, when I stayed in other hotels during my time in Texas whereby the deposit refund was instant upon me checking out. Needless to say that my overall experience was okay but could've been better, especially if I was staying there for the entirety of my trip. A few days staying there was enough and I would rate it a 3* rather than a 4* hotel realistically.

TTài khoản kháchMy daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

TTài khoản kháchHad a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

Điều này đã xảy ra nhiều lần với bãi đỗ xe mới... Thật bất tiện, máy quét không bao giờ hoạt động, họ cho rằng bạn chưa thanh toán khi bạn có bằng chứng trên điện thoại rằng bạn đã thanh toán! Có lẽ sẽ không bao giờ ở lại đây nữa. Thêm 18 đô la một đêm cho phí đỗ xe là vô lý! Nó không tăng thêm sự an toàn hay an ninh. Tôi đã ở đây nhiều năm rồi, điều này thật vô lý!!!

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel and resort itself was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are nicely furnished, there's 3 fun pools to enjoy, it's right on the ocean, there's 2 fun outdoor beach huts to get food, and nice dining inside. They also had live music, free yoga, and other events going. So the vibe was awesome!
However, they have not maintained all these amenities well. The first room we got had a window that wasn't sealed, and there were dozens of moths in it. They changed to us to a new room, downsizing from a king to a queen, and didn't comp us anything for the negative experience. The new room only had one bedside stand, which my husband claimed, so I had to put my phone and water on the floor to reach for during the night. The lamp shades had burnt spots, there was hair on the towels and sheets, mildew in several places, and everything was sticky.
The pool for the swim-up bar was very dirty, and I kid you not, they played loud party music at the pool (which the rooms surround) from 8am until 11pm. We called on Monday night at 10:15pm to tell them no one is in the pool and ask if they could turn it off, and they said no it goes to 11pm, but they did turn it down slightly. Once they were out of towels, and another time we got the last ones. We also called the front desk several different times on different days, and no one ever answered.
So while we made the most of it and had a blast, we won't ever be returning to stay, though we'd consider a day pass!
