TTài khoản kháchfabulous customer service upon arrival for checkin with Alex, ever so friendly and hospitable, made me feel welcome, also a shoutout to Celia front desk, required assistance with my bicycle and other points of interest, sorted all my quieries and was ever so kind to juggle me with my myriad of questions and check in all guests. multi taking employee @ Toc, loved the historical central location, overall quiet, respectful staff including Jony @ night shift. Toc seems like a hotel upon entrance, fab social scene at the entrance with billiard tabe, tables for computer use, rooms warm and quiet, just bring ear plugs for the weekends. Kitchen has limited supplies, but functional..highly recommend a stay at Toc,..certainly will return.

RRiazFWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing.
I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service.
The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC.
Room:
Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair...
Mini Kitchen:
There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself.
Shower:
The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco.
Reception:
Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid.
We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix.
We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them.
There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it.
Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

MMapleLiang我訂的是37平米的房間，房間很乾凈，也很安靜。酒店雖然歷史悠久但並不老舊，設施維護的很好。早餐也很豐富，地理位置方便。我們遇到的每一個服務人員（前台，門僮，餐廳服務員，按摩技師，清潔員等等）都很熱情，周到，專業。我們4天的住宿經歷非常愉快，以後來Malaga我們肯定還會選這家酒店。

NNg Siang ChingI recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Malaga, and I had a fantastic experience! The hotel offers great value for money, with clean, modern rooms that are surprisingly spacious for a budget option. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location is also ideal, situated just a short distance from the city center and public transportation, making it easy to explore Malaga's attractions. The free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds were a nice touch, ensuring a restful stay. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay in Malaga, I highly recommend Ibis Budget!

SSavy GandhiThe hotel location is amazing. Breakfast is great but one day in the morning my wife was eating a cake and it had a mold on it. There is a water and free coffee station is also very good. The cleaning girl changed the bedsheets and towels but always missed to sweep the floor. We did complaint at the reception. The reception people were very helpful all the time. Everyone spoke English with us and was easy to explain. AC is centrally controlled so you cannot do much if you want to decrease the temp.

SSmonChauHotel location is excellent, it’ located in the heard of tourist area. Hotel room is clean, big enough to open 2 of our 30” suitcases, bed and pillows are comfortable as well. All the hotel staffs are professional, helpful and super nice. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Malaga.

I chose this hotel because in your Trip.com www-site is presented as *** 3 stars hotel. Once there, and surprised by the microscopic size of the rooms, I came down to check the stars rating at the entrance: JUST 1 STAR UNDER THE HOTEL'S NAME! I asked for explanations at the front desk and was told the hotel was initially a HOSTAL, has recently been upgraded and retro-fitted and they are awaiting to have its rating elevated from 1 to 3 stars. This is false advertising and your www site could be sued for it. The location of the hotel/hostal is good. It is clean. But there is definitely inaccurate advertising in your www site. I will not trust it again. Thank you.
