The location is near major train stations and there are many shops around, supermarket pharmacy bakery. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has a nice interior. however i personally didn't like that the toilet and shower is separated. all in all we are satisfied with this hotel.

It’s a small hotel and quite clean. The hotel is located near Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, about 5 min walk from the metro of Gare de l’Est. It is easy to get around and to take the train. There are many restaurants outside, which is quite convenient. The price is okay for a small room in the middle of Paris. However, the shower is a little too small. The design does not allow me to open the door properly. I could not even move around inside the shower and I am a small person. The bathroom itself is not small. Hence it is weird that they made the shower so small.

The staff was incredibly nice. He was helpful in finding food even though it was late. As for the room, it was a bit small, but very clean. The bathroom amenities were all new. Everything you would need in a hotel.

Nothing to complain about. There are very good restaurants and cafe bars nearby, with grocery stores just several minutes away. It’s very convenient for travelers who need to take early trains. The cleaning lady is very friendly and polite. The receptionist is very helpful as well. Although the room is small, it’s okay for a one person stay.

Less than 10 minutes walk from the station. A classical hotel close to old town and red light area. A hot water swimming and massage service. Friendly front desk. Sparkling wine during breakfast. Good service at the breakfast area.

Perfect for what we needed. No a/c but that's how Europe is. We had a lovely night view of the city when we opened our window, however, so that was worth it! Reception staff was especially helpful.

Location is really amazing Staff was nice to us However the room really is very small and the window is next to air-condition/ventilation machine that kept making a banging sound all making it hard to sleep. Receptionist told us can't do anything as they are full now and can't offer a different room (I have read many reviews where people had the same experience, so if it was true or not that the hotel was full we'll never know) Not so sure about cleanliness either as I saw mud on the floor and bathroom didn't look very clean.

Overall the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Gare D’Elst main train station. The room type that I selected was cosy room which looks cosy and has some space for luggages as well. The view was nice as I was in highest floor but the shower room a bit too small. Overall service was average and there was a sewage cleaning when I checked in so the entire hotel stinks. It was really bad.

Location is good. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast was with almost minimum options to pick from. Switch of Electric Kettle in the room was defective and it took quite an effort to convince Room Service to change it.
