I stayed in the peninsula hotel for three nights during my trip in Paris, it was a wonderful time and and it’s worth to stay and off course it is very peninsula. the restaurant call Lili tastes so good,thanks for their team work especially Tien who work on several issues that I was concerned about during my stay, let me feel that it was not only a five star hotel but his attitude and find the solution making you feel home away from home. One regret is the rooftop closed during my stay but hopefully will reopen soon for the guests soon. .

巴黎半島美讚了，我住過全球7家半島酒店，巴黎半島是體驗感最好的，從到酒店門口接待和門僮及行李員和前台會説中文的小姐姐，服務超越所期待的，酒店的早餐廳也是極美的，可頌做的無可挑剔，中餐廳超好吃，樓頂的米其林2星餐廳也很好，以後到巴黎首選巴黎半島酒店，

巴黎的半島酒店每次都是不二選擇，地理位置靠近凱旋門，步行就能到香榭麗舍，無論去那裡都很近。關鍵是服務，房間品質都很棒。這次選的頂樓套房有個很漂亮的小陽台，可以在陽台上喝杯咖啡享受一下獨特的巴黎風景。

設施設備雖然是10年前的，風格也有點過時，但整體佈局還是很合理的。服務沒得説，入住的時候，前台的小哥帶着我們進行了一次酒店之旅，分別介紹了各個餐廳（中餐廣東菜，米琪琳三星）酒吧，建築構成，房間設施的各種功能和使用方法。非常貼心的服務。酒店的位置非常優越，就在凱旋門旁邊。出門就能看到凱旋門。這是一家完全沒有辦法找毛病的酒店，很難得。

過年外出遊玩，總體還可以，相對國外酒店，各方面都比國內先進一點，服務也還好，環境個方便肯定是國外酒店好點的吧

1、半島的水準。尤其要點贊前台！Sebastien 和他的經理耐心的找到合適的房間並做了升級，並且陪同到房間做了詳細介紹。服務水準很高，點贊👍 2、幸運的是後兩天在前台遇到同胞，王譽臻。幫我們確定了米其林餐廳的預約，並且提供了很多很棒的諮詢。態度熱情温暖，服務專業！點贊👍 3、攜程的服務👎：通過這次出行，更加體會了現在攜程的不作為！除了訂房（還訂不到令會員滿意的房），任何事情都為你協調溝通不了。從最初級接觸的客服，到主管，還有所謂的投訴管家，無比擺爛的姿態令人髮指。擺明了人家就是個訂房的，其他啥也搞不定，不管你在攜程花了多少錢，支持了多少年！不管你是黑鑽會員還是普通會員，服務擺爛是一成不變的！而且投訴管家水平尤其需要提高，自己處理不了的事情，又不為顧客做升級處理，趁着顧客在旅途有時差無暇一一追問的間隙，瞞天過海、裝聾作啞毫不作為！與接觸的國外百年企業的服務水準那真的是天壤之別，令人汗顏！這也許就是差距和某些曇花一現企業的宿命吧！

酒店服務總體還可以，奧運前一週，服務人員會幫忙申請通行證。但是包含的早餐因為多點一份，被額外收費了1000多人民幣沒有事先告知，以前rosewood這些同樣標準的酒店點餐的早餐都是可以點喜歡的，沒有一家額外收費，其他設施什麼的都還是可以的，希望可以改善一下早餐標準，畢竟訂房的時候是收了早餐的費用的，
