Despite requesting a non smoking room on non smoking floor, the hotel still put sn ashtray in the room. Although I understand its their way of preventing the guest from throwing ashes to the carpet, I just find it will encourage those irresponsible people fr smoking in non smoking room. A major issue in local chain of hotel. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly and rooms are very clean and comfy

Location wise it's around 15 mins from the international airport. Hotel is well maintained. Room is nice, clean and tidy. If you're a non smoker be sure to book a non smoking room preferably in a non smoking floor. The only downside is the hotel pickup which I thought I had arranged with but nobody showed up. I rang the hotel and was told to add the hotel number to a group chat to be able to book a pickup service. Took me awhile and was finally able to do it.

Hotel is near the chaoshan station and also provide free shuttle bus to and fro from station. There are 3 self laundry and the usage of detergent is free. Beside the laundry room, there is a mini children play area.

This hotel is near Chaoshan Railway Station, around 5 minutes drive. The hotel is clean, they also offer free transport to the station and Jieyang Airport. All the staffs are friendly.

It's a great hotel in this areas. Clean, neat and near the bullet train station. The front desk staffs are friendly but not "well trained" to provide assistants to tourists. Overall, It's great!

A very decent place with great service from reception and helping us as being new to China. Yes there is a laundry with washing machine not can't find dryer 😒. Breakfast was decent but not spectacular. The only thing is the toilet compartment, it's very small, I am only 1.64 m. and it's tight for me. It's the design of the hotel no fault of all the friendly staff. Location very good if railway station and airport is important to you. If not, quite a distance from attractions. So my advice choose wisely.

Hotel is 4mins drive away from the ChaoShan Station. We took the pre booked free shuttle to the station, the service is punctual and good. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants and mini mart, very convenient. The room is spacious and the bed is firm and comfortable, the air conditioner is accurate and cozy. The toilet and bathroom is of good standard, the towels are thick and comfortable. room is quiet. Included breakfast buffet is adequate and of good quality. Dinner we ate in a local mutton soup stall opposite, cost about RMB 50 per person, very reasonable Price of HKD370 during CNY is very reasonable too.

During 1January 2025 trip to our ancestral village in Shaxi Town to attend our relative’s wedding event , my party of 4 stayed at Lavande Hotel .We flew in from Xiamen and took hi speed train to ChaoShan station and only our relatives ferried us to Lavande Hotel in less than 5 minutes. The hotel is boutique sized and hotel interior inclusive of the rooms are modern and pleasant . Front office staff are polite and helpful ,housekeeping is adequate and breakfast is simple with cook to order noodle soup

The hotel is located not far away from the express train station and the hotel can arrange a shuttle bus to receive guests from the train station. The hotel room is clean and spacious, but the only thing I dislike is about the smoking smell, which is quite strong, even we turned on the air-conditioning.

Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Good services with free high speed train transfer.

The breakfast selection is good. The transfer from hotel to the high speed train station is efficient

Rooms are spacious,nice and quite clean. There's laundry room can be used. The staffs are friendly. There's a free shuttle service to high speed rail station as well.

The room was very clean, the mattress was of moderate softness and we all slept very well. The customer service staff were very professional and had a good attitude.
