What a beutiful hotel with its unique style of setup. We had the villa with its own terrace pool. The hosts were super personable and quick to respond to your requests. Bets way of communication is by WhatsApp and talk directly with the managers who are very eager to ensure you have the best experience in Cappadocia. Just beware that the rooms do not have AC but the weather was cool enough at night when we were there.

酒店很出片 早餐一般 樓上的餐廳吃起來還不錯 room service也不錯 缺點：早餐服務人員有一種當地朋友來幫忙的感覺 表揚一下那個客户經理女生 人感覺很不錯 會來事～講話情商也很高 還送了寶寶小蛋糕🧁 主要還是早餐時期因為沒有寶寶能吃的讓他們幫忙煮麪條 説不願意 不允許 我就聯繫了攜程 後來解決了就煮了 整個這幾天沒有看到除了我們之外的亞洲面孔… 看來確實定的很小眾的地方 最大的elika suites真的大 阿姨一張大床 我跟寶寶我們一張大床 還有露台 無邊透明泳池 還有一個恆温血色泳池 裝修也真的挺有風格的 但是我總是覺得可能太久每人住了打掃不乾淨的…可以來體驗！因為性價比很高房間面積都很大～

We had high hopes for our honeymoon at Elika Cave Suites in Cappadocia, but unfortunately, it turned out to be an incredibly disappointing experience. We left after just one night, despite having booked a three-night stay. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. Luke-Warm Shower with No Water Pressure: The shower barely had any pressure and the water temperature was lukewarm at best. It was frustrating, especially considering the price we paid. This is more 1 star quality hotel than 5 star. 2. Outdoor Fireplace Unavailable: One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the chance to relax by the outdoor fireplace and watch the hot air balloons in the morning on the terrace in our terrace suit. Unfortunately, we were told the fireplace couldn't be used when we wanted it most, which was a major letdown. 3. Terrible Breakfast: The breakfast spread was subpar. It felt more like a cheap afterthought than a highlight of our stay, especially for a place that claims to offer luxury. Nothing warm was on offer. 4. Unusable Outdoor Jacuzzi: The outdoor Jacuzzi was too cold to use and didn’t fill up properly. It was a nice idea, but in practice, it was completely unusable. 5. Spa Not Functional: The hotel’s spa facilities were not available. We were particularly looking forward to a Turkish Hammam experience, but when we tried to book it, we were told it was unavailable. 6. Language Barrier and Poor Communication: The staff’s English was so poor that we struggled to communicate about even basic things. This led to confusion and misunderstandings, which made the situation even more frustrating. We were offered to be moved to another room, but the same issues persisted there. The hotel staff refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation, and we were lied to about the availability of services. To top it all off, they wouldn't let us speak to the owner to address our concerns. The hotel’s poor infrastructure, combined with the lack of customer service, made for an incredibly disappointing honeymoon. We regret staying here and would advise others to look elsewhere if you want a stress-free, enjoyable experience in Cappadocia.

Location - Nevşehir, Area - Has lots of cafes and restaurants around. Beautiful & quiet area, unlike main cappadocia. Reception - Great well by Meltem, who showed us around the property. The property being boutique is of a decent size with spa & a pool in-house. Rooms - The rooms are big, and the bathroom is humongous. Overall, it was a very comfortable cave stay. Service - Excellent service by meltem who use to check on us everyday, plus the staff at the restaurant were very kind. Special thanks to Halit for arranging a marvelous vegetarian breakfast for us everyday and the server wity curly hair(sorry forgot name) and the head chef were amazing. Food - One of the best in the area. We always preferred to dine at the hotel. Spa - The spa services were good. Special thanks to the kazak masseuse. Overall - Elika was a highlight of our turkey trip , waiting to visit again and meet this wonderful people.

Me and my wife stayed in Elika Cave Suites for 3 nights from 30th May’24 and our experience was anything but 5 stars. I also got fooled by the 5 star reviews while booking this property. I would rate it negative. 5-star property, my foot. It appears that most of the ratings and reviews are paid for and I fail to understand how they got so many awards in the past. Their hospitality and customer satisfaction is zilch. The WiFi did not work in my room and they started blaming my iPhone 15 Pro for that. The AC in my room didn’t cool at all and they could not rectify the problem even after several complaints. Also who constructs a see through glass window in a room which peeps directly into the toilet and more so at the lavatory bowl while you poop. Totally despicable and undesirable. The Breakfast service is so very poor. It took nearly 1 hour for us to get breakfast each morning. They have only 2 people (who don’t even understand English properly) serving 40 odd guests. Very under staffed hotel. And why a 5 star hotel doesn’t offer Buffet breakfast is beyond my belief. They give you some local breads every morning with condiments and don’t even have normal bread slices/toast in breakfast. They will give you eggs and water lemon pieces by count of one per person. Very stingy behaviour. Will not recommend this Hotel even to my enemy.

The hotel is very goog, but scarcity of staff. We had breakfast included which was not a buffet and everything had to be begged for and being vegetarian, they had no options and even after repeated requests they were nit able to provide simple bread and butter. To bring coffee and hot water they took 45 minutes. Only 2 servers for 80 people. The staff in restaurant was very rude and misbehaved. Not advisable to stay....

We spent 6 nights at Elika cave and we could not have found a better place. The decoration of the rooms and the set up of the hotel are just fabulous. The lounge has a view over the Ortahisar valley which is quite impressive at night. The breakfast - as mentionned in many reviews - is just incredible, and the staff very attentionate. A perfect place for those willing to avoid some of the crowded villages in the Goreme area.

Stunning hotel! Luxury property with very courteous staff, a wonderful (and vegan-friendly restaurant), offering spectacular views of the Cappadocia terrains and cave formations! The room itself is outstanding; spacious, comfortable along with a jacuzzi in the en-suite! There’s also a mini-attic of sorts from within the room that leads to a sit out which adds a nice touch! Overall, we loved our stay here and we highly recommend the property.

Definitely not a 5 star! in the best case a 3 star hotel, don’t trust the other reviews, they are fake We had a very very bad experience with the hotel: - the food and coffee were disgusting - the room stinks, very bad. Not humidity but sewer smell - the room was not cleaned properly: we did the test with a shampoo bottle that was left on the ground for 48h - we were sleeping on a rock not a mattress - impossible to close windows as there are no blackout curtains - no safe and no closet, we had to keep all our clothes in our luggages on a dirty floor - we paid for 5 nights but had to leave after 3 nights - the hotel did not offer a commercial gesture, not even for 3 glasses of water that were on our tap. He only said that he was sorry and suggested to try another room for 1 night and change again for the last night. We refused and left
