The service was polite and responsive, with staff handling requests efficiently. Breakfast service and the restaurant staff were excellent, attentive, and well organized. Housekeeping response was slightly slow at times, likely due to peak hours. The facilities were well maintained and met expectations, though a few areas could benefit from minor upgrades. The food quality was good overall, with decent variety and consistent taste. The experience was comfortable and reliable.

Love the hotel so much, from the staffs, design, hotel’s room, and location. Thanks for arranging the room with beautiful city view and balcony. Will definitely come back if I have chance.

Lovely hotel and a great service. Quiet room and very cozy. Spent time at the gym daily, it is complete and well maintained. Many good japanese restos nearby. Also given late check out since my check in was late. Thank you!

Alright - old school luxury. Love the grand lobby with elaborate chandelier, the old-money kinda vibe..marble stones everywhere..not exactly close to any mall, but some convenience stores and restaurants including Johnny Rockets around. Close to Seriabudi Astra MRT station if you want to go to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia..get off at Bundaran HI which is a couple of stations away. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Super well-equipped gym! With rowing machines! And the spa free for guests is like a private club with hot tub, cold plunge, dry and wet sauna..and amazing breakfast spread. Over all I liked my stay there. The things I did not like: I booked king-sized bed, they assigned me to twin room with two single beds. Not fair. The staff asked twice is it ok with me, what was I supposed to say? They could’ve upgraded me. They said the rooms were full, a lot of white people and Japanese checking in over the next few days I was there. And they put me on Level 4, where there’s renovation going on in one of the building wings, and the carpet smelled bad..damp. They put fans around but the smell doesn’t go away.

I recently stayed at AYANA MidPlaza and was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the front desk team. When I experienced noise disturbance from the neighbouring room late at night, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They immediately arranged a room change without hassle or unnecessary questions. Their efficiency and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. Bravo to the team for the great service — it shows their commitment to guest comfort. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

I like to stay in Ayana Plaza. Staff are very kind, very comfort to stay in there.

The Ayana MidPlaza hotel is perhaps one of the swankiest hotels that I have ever been too. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay more comfortable. As it was the night of our wedding, we even got a special cake as a present, which I must add was absolutely delicious. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bathroom amenities were also perfect. I will absolutely stay here again one day and I am really looking forward to it. Thanks for the great work and professionalism.

Though overall of the hotel services and housekeeping is good, the sound proof of the room needs improvement. I can even hear the noise from corridor and when the water pipes are turned on. The main room door and  toilet door closing are affect med when neighbouring guests opened and closed their doors.

Super satisfied with the service and hospitality, i will def comeback

Located in central area. Well kept property. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant in the lobby. There’s mini mart and you can take a short walk to Citywalk Sudirman for Papaya supernarket, bakery and redtaurants.
