Good sized gym at the top floor with a good view. However, there were signs of aging in the amenities. The towels were not soft and fluffy as they should be fitting of a five star establishment. The sofas in the lobbies are sagging and showing signs of weariness. But it was still an excellent 3-day stay overall.

The rooms were good. Clean and big and luxurious. However the facilities were lacking for me. It didn't have a suana or a spa and the gym should have at least a Smith press machine and one less cardio machine

Hotel is very nice but the location is hard to get due to the bridge being hard to find.

We were pleasantly surprised to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a delicious cake—a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel valued as guests. Throughout our three-day stay, the room service exceeded our expectations, with each meal being not only tasty but also delivered promptly. While the pool was a bit on the smaller side, it was still a refreshing spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, the hotel staff's politeness and attentiveness truly stood out, making our celebration even more memorable. Overall, our experience at Sheraton PJ was nothing short of exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel provided a luxurious stay in the heart of Petaling Jaya. The room was spacious and modern, with comfortable bedding and stunning city views. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and infinity pool, were top-notch. Dining options were excellent, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended for a luxurious escape in Petaling Jaya.

I asked for simple birthday note for my daughter but Sheraton team decorated the room for us. This little action and services they provided make my daughter so happy and gave her unforgettable birthday celebration. Services definitely excellent. I will come back again with my family. Highly recommended!!!

Hotel is well kept. Location near the train station. Staff explained well about the hotel.

Good place to stay

Have a pleasant staycation at Sheraton PJ during 30/12/23. Upon check in will given welcome drink and popcorn, staffs are very warm-hearted. Assigned corner room and thanks for the simple birthday decorations for us. ❤️❤️ Definitely will back again and recommended to others .

Good environment, comfort stay. But the lift button abit confused to access carpark and rooms

Very good hotel and for sure will be back just that parking need RM5 ever time you go out, but is still worth the stay!

Pretty okay stay, experienced an issue with the shower tap where it’s difficult to select warm water; it’s either extremely hot or very cold. I provided feedback, but no action has been taken. Furthermore, was told the donation was in local currency but during check out, I was charged in USD instead.

The service from the staffs are superb. Friendly and helpful. The amenities are average ( small swimming pool).
