酒店房間中規中矩，亮點是有陽台可以看海，景觀不錯。酒店在離海邊開車10分鐘的一座山上，建議自駕遊客選擇否則爬山會不太方便。餐飲選擇比較有限，一天三餐都在這吃的話會有些單調。

First of all we had a great holiday despite our initial disappointment. On arrival we were surprised by the reception area. Although lovely chandeliers and sofas the actual desk looked like some sort of make do structure. Considering it was early in the morning staff were reasonably helpful. Our room was ok but generally on the walk there got the feeling of everything being slightly shabby. There were issues with the room once we woke up the next morning. The bathroom needed some attention. It was clean but not deep clean and the door frame was actually broken so hard to actually shut. The kettle was nothing more than a plastic travel kettle with paper cups. The mini bar was an empty fridge. We had a swim up room which was perfect but one whole glass panel of balcony had been broken. And the pool was ice cold so swim up was never going to happen. We used the spa and with good negotiation got a reasonable price and treatment was amazing and well worth it. Getting towels to use round the pool was farcical. At reception ask at spa. At spa ask at reception. After multiple trips up and down we eventually got them on day 3. The restaurant was ok. The food was ok. Certainly we have had worse but it was hardly 5 star. It was edible and not bad quality but the choice was limited. You were very much left to serve yourself especially drinks even though there were many waiters around but not immediately offering to help. Those that did were pleasant and friendly as were the entertainment staff but it was all very half hearted. We had the a la carte meal one evening and it was in a very nice area of the grounds but it was no way anything special food wise. The starter was left waiting on the table -some sort of sushi even though we were told we could turn up whenever. Effort was made on presentation but was just same food from buffet brought outside and not overly warm. It wasn't high season but not far off and everything was just a bit tired. This was clearly once a gorgeous 5 star set up but has not been kept up. Needs a lot of tarting up. The board setting out the covid restrictions could be removed just to show they were up to date. I read a review that says it is close to the beach which it is not. The shuttle bus will take you there which is fine but don't expect any guidance. Its actually the second stop for the beach where there are free sunbeds etc but only found that out from another guest. Overall we had a lovely time and it could have been so much better. It is no longer by any means a 5 star hotel. The food is 3 star at best. A bit of time and effort could bring this back to its former glory.

Staying currently at the hotel. Not a 5 star. Positives: amazing views (although you can't enjoy it if looking through the bar or restaurant windows (-2 and -4 floors) as the windows are extremely dirty. Food is nice, not a huge variety as per reviews (perhaps due to off season), but really tasty. Bed is comfortable and balcony is spacious. Receptionists - ok, not extra friendly but not rude. Negatives: Room was dirty, shower wasnt cleaned after last guests. Overall cleanliness 0 out of 5.

Great hotel and entertainment team is great thanks to Rose, barry and mehtap Lovely views! Pools are amazing always clean. Lovely food and cool animals and views surrounding slides are also great fun! Highly recommend for all age groups!!

Great overall apart from the food. Not central but quiet and private with amazing views. Booked a swim up room for three persons and got two separate bedrooms with shared bathroom - ideal. Staff overall were lovely; attentive but not overbearing. No-one trying to push trips out or spa treatments on you. Drinks did taste like they had the required alcohol content and service was good. Now to the food... edible, okay, uninspiring is about the best I can say. Many dishes were lukewarm while looking like they had been allowed to dry out. Variety was limited, particularly at breakfast. Many types of egg but all overcooked, although omelettes were nice. Waiting staff were often over zealous. After collecting drinks to lay claim to a table, we'd go to get some food from the buffet only to find on our return all drinks cleared away and one time, other people sitting there. So we tried one sitting at the table, one getting buffet food for us to share and one getting stuff from the BBQ outside, only to be told we could only have enough for one and to come back again later. The one A la Carte restaurant is just a load of tables outside with waiter service. Food is marginally better than restaurant, but not by much - and the wasps are a pain! Generally food left a lot to be desired when everything else is so good. Spa is worth a visit. It was quiet while we were there. Facilities were free and the treatments are really well priced with some good packages. Please Garcia, sort out the food and restaurant because the rest is really great. Things to note: Swim up room does not mean a private pool Being built into the hillside, there are lots of steps. There are slopes and lifts but no one lift goes to all floors; you have to swap It's not near anything else. Going out will mean a taxi or using the shuttle bus Overall, we had a really good time despite the food being below expectations.

I would not recommend this hotel for all inclusive based on the evening meal. As other reviews have stated it is like a canteen school dinner, limited choice, and greasy food. There is very minimal for gluten allergies. I am currently staying here and will reluctantly eat the evening meal again which means additional costs to the all inclusive cost of the hotel.

Great hotel and very friendly staff most of them, my partner and I arrived on the 8th June. The room they gave us was a family room, bunk beds and the other side of the room a double bed. For the size of the room the air con wasn't adequate, you couldn't feel a thing from the other side of the where the double bed is. Plus it was a swim up room, which isn't a swim up room from the first floor. After two days complaining about the air con, we got moved down stairs to a standard room, but with the swim up pool part. The air con was excellent, the only down side but didn't bother us was the tv only managed to find one english speaking channel, the picture quality was really bad snowy on all channels. Now the negative parts. My partner is vegetarian and I'm a meat eater, we struggled to find a decent combination of food to make a meal, breakfast the omelette was very popular, cerial would of been better if it was with real milk and not watery uht milk. The out door man frying stuff was nice, If this hotel was just bed would of been perfect, because we spent 5 out of 7 days eating out. The steps in some areas had bits broke off, the hand rails wobbled but seemed safe. In reception if you want a taxi you press a button, rapid response why isn't the taxis in the uk this quick.
