Great location, near to train station, free laundry in the hotel but depending on luck as it has only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer machine. The only down side is the shower room does not come with a door. Open concept and it is freezing during winter.

Clean and practical hotel, with abundant lightning. Front desk is also friendly and hospitable !! They offered us a wonderful lunchbox service, given  that we have to catch an early train the day after. The lunch pack is very sustaining and tasty. Looking forward to stay with Hotel Zeitgeist again and try out their organic breakfast!

The hotel is near Wien Hbf, just a walkable distance of around 500m. The room is suitable for me and my boyfriend, even with two large suitcases. Conveniently, there is a Billa supermarket next door where you can grab snacks and drinks. The hotel allowed us to check in early without any surcharge, which was a relief since my flight arrived early in the morning. The only downside is that there’s no kettle and no toothbrush amenities provided.

5mins walking from the HBF to the hotel, very convenient and great place to stay.

this hotel is amazing. I had such a good experience here. it is clean, staffs are friendly! really good stay will be back again. The only con is that it is slightly further to central but everything else makes up for it.

Pros: Convenient 5 minutes walk to VIenna train station Clean and modern Receptionist very helpful. EVA is very helpful and friendly The hotel is very econ friendly Breakfast is very delicious and with good quality Cons: The cleaner suddenly came into the room without knocking! Maybe she made a mistake but we were very shocked and scared! Haha The sauna room is not available during my visit but it’s ok because it’s summer.

Its very nice hotel

5min to Vienna central station. Hotel staff friendly. Downstairs is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop. The rooms has a nice layout. BIG MINUS! The washbasin was NOT cleaned and it even smelled somebody peed IN!! i cleaned it by myself as good as it was possible with soap soap water water.

Less than 5 mins walk from Vienna hbf but most attractions are on the other side of the hbf. Has a billa just outside which is a plus and a sauna and gym. Room lacks amenities like kettle though.

Location is great. It’s just beside the central station. We just stayed there for one night. Room is clean and facilities are complete with everything we need.

I am very impressed with this hotel. Very good location if one needs a fast access to the main train station in Vienna. This is also a major hub for busses and city transportation of all kinds. Room was specious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful receptionists. And the best of all for me - the hotel has a washing machine and dryer which one can use for free. Nice breakfast . I really don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.

Conveniently close to the train station on a quiet street next to a supermarket. Clean and comfortable. The only problem was a smell from the shower drain on my last night.

I had some circumstances that made it impossible for me to visit, so I called them several times in advance, and they understood about my circumstances and said they would allow free cancellation this time and asked me to visit them next time. so i was really appreciated about it. However, the free cancellation did not allowed, and when I checked with the travel agent, they said the hotel did not allow free cancellation. Then why did u said that it would be free cancel for me? They didn't call me back even though I asked them to call me back. I was really disappointed with their service. If they said free cancellation was not possible from the beginning, I would not have expected anything from them.

Very modern and stylish hotel Rooms are very comfortable and big. Beds are also very comfortable. Sevice is awsome, always smiling to you!
